Report Builder

Not sure what happened to the default Report Builder group, it is missing in my list of groups. How do I get it back? Do you have to have access to the Report Builder group before you can download it? A client is requesting Report Builder access and I am not sure how to do so. Thank you for your help in advance!!!

Hi Zeke,

Chances are that the login company doesn't have Report Builder enabled. I'd recommend having the user(s) in charge of the account contact their account manager to make sure they have Report Builder enabled.

Welcome to the Adobe Analytics Community!

I can see the Report Builder group on my company, could you check that out again probably in a different browser? It would be a Pre-defined group. Yes, to download RB you would have to be a part of the RB access group. If you are still not seeing the group let me know.
