SC is down and all automated reprotbuilder reports are down

Anyone else having the same issue?

Hi David,

 

This could be one possible reason. Are you still facing any issues? I'd advise in cases like these you to start by checking the system status on http://status.adobe.com/ . This would let you in case there are outages in the system.

Same here, all RB reports failed this AM.  I'm running 5.0

Do let us know in case you are still facing this issue? There was an outage a couple of days ago which could have caused this. I'd advise in cases like these you could also check the system status on http://status.adobe.com/

Hi Nikhil,

SiteCatalyst has been down for me as well all day today. Could this issue be related to the outage earlier this week?
