Scheduled reports from other users

Hi all,

We face the issue that an old user is still sending out weekly scheduled reports from the Adobe Analytics Workspace.

In my understanding as Admin I should be able to see all scheduled reports, nevertheless this is not the case. I have also tried to log in as the user but couldn't see the report under Components -> Scheduled Reports. Is there any possibility to stop the report?

    as an admin you should see the scheduled workspace projects this way:

    - go to „scheduled projects“ manager

    - in the left panel select „all“ and the the desired user

    this should show you what you want

    Thanks urs.boller​. I was always looking at "scheduled reports"  instead of "scheduled projects". Now it is clear why I couldn't see any results from the user.
