Segments backup

I wonder if any Adobe users have backup plan for their segments ?

I once heard a user lost all segments in his account and need to create all the segments one by one. So is it better to have another backup accounts to store the same set of segments?

Do anyone have experience on this? Do Adobe have any services like rollback the segments data etc?

Dear Rick,

Only Admin can delete a shared segment.

As an Admin, to protect the segments, create it, approve and share to everyone.

Then nobody can delete it and thus preserved.

I don't think we can rollback the segments after it is deleted.
