Show All Custom Segments in Adobe Analytics

Hi Adobe Analytics Experts,

As an Admin, Is there's a way to show all custom segments across all users in Adobe Analytics?

I can see from Audience Manager there are custom Analytics segments published to the Marketing cloud as audiences. However they were setup by people who aren't here anymore and I can't figure out how they are defined and who did it.

A brute force way would be to go through all the accounts one by one and take control of the permissions but there are ~40 which would take a while...
