Report is queued via API successfully, but is not delivered to specified FTP server (ec2-52-57-141-11.eu-central-1.compute.amazonaws.com)

Hi Mihail, we'd want to see the entire request to determine what the issue is. I would recommend having a Customer support delegate​ contact Customer Care and include the full API request used. The agent will be able to tell exactly what is wrong for a resolution.
