What does mean by Unknown at time of purchase in Product Finding Methods report ?

Hi all ,

We recently implemented SiteCatalyst and I am doing the report validation. On the Product Finding Methods report, all the orders revenue shows under Unknown at time of purchase (attached a screenshot). Any idea what does mean ? Why it does like that ?
