When do we have scheduling option in Freeform Analysis?

Hi Engineering team,

I was told by adobe that we can schedule the workspaces/projects from freeform analysis however  I dont see that option is available now. is this something will be available next releases ? Can you please let me know when can we have this option available?

Hi Darga, 

We are certainly aware of the need for scheduling in Analysis Workspace. At the moment we are primarily focused on getting the workspace built out on the web, but our goal is to add complete scheduling support shortly after we release Analysis Workspace to production. I can't commit to an ETA here, but it's definitely something we are going to do as soon as possible.

Tool is awesome after the fall update and you surely have lots of amazing features coming in the future too. I know this scheduling feature is on your list as we have discussed, but still wanted to publicly shout my thumbs up for this feature too. There are just so many business owners that won't have the time and will to login to any analytics tools and that's why scheduled email (pdf) reports are, at least to me, a critical feature before I can really start to using the tool with 100% power. Of course the tool is so great that I can do lots of ad hoc analysis with it already and going to train the tool for few business owners, but eventually scheduling is crucial in the future... there is no ETA, but just to let you know I will pray every night to get this feature asap, no pressure. ;)

Ps. Have you even discussed (even after few beers and watching NFL) that maybe some day in the future you could think to make these dashboards as "real dashboards" that we could just share dashboards based on the url and the receiver could look the dashboard updating every day and without the user need to login to Adobe Analytics? Just wondering, because now when the visualisation is so much better (big numbers etc) that I could easily but some kind of workspace to our company's office screens. But that would be only possible if I could share and open the workspaces with just using link, or nowadays detour would be to make Adobe Analytics user that doesn't have right to edit anything and with that login credentials I could open the workspace in the big screens. However, Adobe usually logs out users after X time, so that's why shareable links would be way better. Makes any sense or does this go too far from your "strategy"? :)

...and of course pdf format for downloading workspaces would be also great and helpful (to get all the visualisations too), especially if we have to wait scheduling feature longer.
