When starts a visit to be counted?

When does adobe count a visit? Does the page need to be fully loaded so that it counts as a visit?

Or is the info “Visit” already triggered as soon as the page starts to load? When exactly does analytics register a “Visit” on a Page of ours?

Adobe starts to count a visit as soon the Adobe library loads, it does not wait for the page of the site to load.

To be more specific it is when the s.t() or s.tl() beacon is sent. The app measurement library could be loaded prior to that.
