When will JWT Auth be available on API 2.0?

Hello all, does anyone from Adobe know when JWT auth will be working with the Analytics API? Currently the only official written times I can find are in the Github api docs:

'Note: JWT Authentication is coming soon.'

Any more accurate time than that would be massively helpful!
