Who can access the Classification Importer?

Can only Admins access the Classification Importer or can others be granted access? If others can, how would I go about doing that?

It seems after the new June Release updates, some users can no longer get to the Classification Importer section.

Hi Bryce,

When creating a group if you click on 'customize' under 'tools' there is a checkbox for SAINT. That box grants access to the SAINT/Classifications Importer.
