Why does Query String = Unspecified ?

Question

We are trying to capture some simple campaign parameters in the query string, but it is coming in as "Unspecified". Why might it not be picking up the query string in our URL?

URLs we've tried:

https://www.mywebsite.com/research-and-insights/todaysreport?media=owned&campaign=dailyreport&tactics=retail

https://www.mywebsite.com/research-and-insights/todaysreport?channel=social&tactics=linkedin

What method are you using to capture the query string params? If you're using marketing channel processing rules, you'll want to make sure you're looking for the right key as shown in the screenshot below.
