Why Workspace's Freeform tables do not move correctly?

Thanks for letting me know.

I found out this is a Bug (AN-126226) which has already been fixed and will be rolled out in tomorrow's maintenance release. So you would have to wait one more day for it to work :)

Yes. I created the "dashboard" and I have an admin profile.
