Workspace: Refresh Panel

I know there is a Refresh Project option, but a Refresh Panel would be a useful addition. Sometimes when I change something in a panel, it produces an error for that panel, i.e. it doesn't update. When I hit Refresh Project, it pulls in the data, but it also updates panels that I do not want updated since I haven't made any changes.
