Cancellation of my auto annual subscription

Hello Guys

I'm no longer using Adobe Illustrator and Acrobat pro. I tried my best to cancel my subscription, but it seems they made it so hard to cancel it intentionally. Seriously, there is no cancellation button, and I'm supposed to got to the customer support page to cancel it. And when I search for the cancellation method it guides me to the same page.

This is very misleading and annoying..

Please help me cancel my subscription...
