hi team, i have an issue with my account , i have a plan of adobe creative cloud and i cant use any Adobe app. please check it, in under i screenshot it.

when i want to open any adobe app  a window open and write sign out but this time i have subscription plan, and on the adobe creative cloud app under any app write access Ended, please check it thanks.
