How to find folder ID for Extracting segment and traits through API

Hi,

We are working on building api calls to exports segments to AEM. When we walk through the api documentation there it was asking to updated folder ID as one of the parameter, as i don't know how to find the folder id to make the API call.

Please help us on this.
