Hi AdobeOur organization ID is: 539A036355B676DE7F000101@AdobeOrgIt seems as from 09th of March there has been no signals from Analytics to onboarded traits in AAM. We got some sign of life the 16th, however now it is dead again (check out the screen shot below). Looks very unusual and we are guessing that some(or all) of this could be due to issues with the UI and changed underneath.Our Adobe Consultant have investigated the following two things, but have not been able to find the cause.1. Segments related data flow from AA into AAM (batch process)2. Mobile app related dataHe suspects a temporary glitch in the system that might have been caused by the reported issue on the 10th of March https://status.adobe.com/products/1184 though it may or may not be related.This is a critical error for us because it seems as if the total population is decreased to zero as well as the real-time population. This will have direct effect on the user environments using the Analytics segments through AAM

Hello,How is it possible to have AAM to destination match rates over 100% in a destination?So we are sending to a destination about 500K, and the destination receives about a 1mm. We are looking at the addressable audience size in AAM and destination is looking at uniques but shouldn't be then even smaller match rates? How is it possible for a destination to receive a higher number of records? Again, we are looking at the addressable audience size and the destination looking at uniques.Thanks.

Hello.As a fairly new user of AAM, I was wondering whether it's possible to overlay Marketplace traits onto our own onboarded traits to give us some counts, just to get an idea of what the audience sizes might be if we chose to go ahead and pay to use them?Thanks,Paul

Do anybody have idea about creating a DMP Trait using API. What are prerequisites and other things ?As of current scenario I have created a tool to generate DMP ruleset and then we copy that ruleset and manually apply that to Adobe Audience Manager(AAM). And In a future iteration of this tool, i'd like to use the AAM APIs within tool to automatically create that rule in AAM once someone clicks the "generate button".  But first we need to investigate how to use the API

Hi,I would like to show ad only 3 times on our website. To do that, done the below.     - Captured the needed value in  adobe analytics prop(for eg: propx ="testad".     - Created rule based trait and trait expression as c_prox == testad.     - Added the created rule based trait along with the onboarded trait segment with the condition as below                           onboarded data trait                              AND NOT                            testad >=3Am i doing anything wrong? It doesn't seem to be working all the time. What is the best way to achieve this and how to do the testing to make sure it is working as expected.. Thanks

Hi,We have created some custom server to server destination to share Audience Manager data to another system like CRM and HAAL on daily basis. While processing the file we have found many duplicate entries occurs in the outbound file, as we always thought the outbound files consist of only unique user ids and their associated segments. But this is something changed our perception. So anyone can help me understand why and how we getting this duplicate entry in the outbound file.ThanksKeerthivasan

Hi,Can anyone help me in figuring out the data source that should be used for a segment containing traits of Adobe Analytics data and AAM data. If I create a segment with traits made of Adobe Analytics data which has some abc data source and also add trait of AAM data only which has some xyz data source then what should be the data source used to create the segment?

I am not able to see all the signals in signals Dashboard but the data is getting populated in the traits created.Do I need to do some further process to see the signals in my dashboard?

So how do I find out the price of this product instead of wasting my time? Can anyone really break this down in definition? UTR Counts the number of visitors that have qualified for a specific trait while TTP– Holds the number count of total visitors that have qualified for a specific trait within various time frames. Does this mean that  a user can visit a site and will only qualify as a UTR once in their lifetime, or do they qualify each time they visit the site.Thanks

Can someone help use understand how loading data into Analytics Customer Attributes affects what's available to use for traits in AAM?  We are loading offline data into both systems, but want to make sure that we aren't doubling up the data load as a result.
