Personalization based on user authentication in SPA React JS

We have the scenario like when the user is authenticated we need to display one section of content. We are using AEM 6.5 with React SPA.

if the user is authenticated , we are assigning value and based on that value we need to ON/OFF content from React component.

is there any OOB  feature in AEM ? if not what is the  best way to do it?
