Red lines for data usage agreement

Hi - I progressing through the steps listed here: Audience Manager Targeting Integration

After review of the document from Step 2 (C2A-AEP Audience Manager Data Exchange) there are some items that I'd like to red line. Who is the proper contact to discuss this with.

    Hey, a just a quick update—I talked to one of the BD folks and they said that they don't accept any changes to Adobe Partner Exchange contracts. You can double check with them at the email address above but I just wanted to give you the heads up.
