Using second party data source for Algorithmic Modelling

Hi all,

 

I would like to know the reason that why can't we use second-party data sources for creating Algorithmic models in Adobe Audience Manager.

 

In the configuration section under creating an Algorithimic model, AAM provides the option for selecting the first and third-party data sources that you want to use in the model. But there is no option for selecting a second party data source. 

 

Can you please let me know if there is a particular reason around this?

Hi Sai,

 

Typically 2nd party data would be sent into AAM on one of your first party data sources, which can then be used for the models.

Are you getting 2nd party data into AAM with another method? If so, could you share how the data is coming in, and what data source is used.
