When I try to create an app ,  I do not see the option to select "adobe/commerce-events-ext-tpl" in the templates list. Also I am not able to see the option for "Adobe commerce events" in the developer console when I try to add an "Event" using the "Event" option there.The tutorial I referred was "https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/commerce-learn/tutorials/adobe-developer-app-builder/io-events/getting-started-io-events"

I want to investigate the use of HEIC assets in AEM. We would need the capability to upload/create renditions and render them on the page. I have uploaded the HEIC format images(eg: sample.heic) in AEM dam. But, I am unable to see the image. could you please help me to upload/create renditions and render them on the page in aem.

I have no idea how to authenticate the login form. For example, I created an action name brief-save in which I took the user's information as an object, but now I have no idea how to fetch that data from that action on this login page and authenticate it. Or there is another way of doing it

We have a Rollout configuration "updateContentActionFactory". In side that, there is a property "jcr:.*". I am able to rollout jcr:title, jcr:description, ... for the first time rollout once I create a page. I am unable to rollout the same properties by updating from next rollout onwards. We want to rollout the jcr:title, jcr:description.. etc properties to some pages even there is "updateContentActionFactory" configuration. please suggest me if there is any possibility to do so.

I am using Adobe I/O Runtime and have deployed my web action. Currently, I have checked out the code locally and am using the aio app run command to deploy the code to the appropriate Adobe I/O workspace. Is it possible to achieve this deployment process using Cloud Manager or Jenkins? Are there any best practices I should follow?

Hi All,We are facing an issue with the "Go to Proof" link in Workfront. The details are as follows:When clicking the "Go to Proof" link on a desktop system, all browsers (Safari, Chrome, etc.) allow access without requiring an additional Adobe Workfront login.However, when clicking the "Go to Proof" link from an iPhone (Safari/Google Chrome), it redirects to the browser but displays an "Expired Link" error.The email containing the proof link states:"This is your unique proofing link. Anyone who clicks this link accesses the proof as you. Please keep this in mind when forwarding or replying to this email."Despite this, the link does not work on an iPhone, causing inconvenience in reviewing proofs on mobile devices.Could you please check and provide a resolution for this issue? I am developing a Photoshop plugin but I have some questions about how to distribute it securely.When I upload the file to the Marketplace with the Adobe Distribution option, there is no security issue for those who buy it through the Market. However, when I sell the plugin outside of the Market, will the Devoloper Console give me a signed and encrypted CCX file? Because when users export the CCX file that I prepared themselves, they have access to all the code and files. What is the best way to protect the plugin content in the CCX file when selling externally? Thanks.Volkan.

Hello, In AEMaaCS, We are using submodules in our project repo. In Submodule repo ,some external dependency been added. for that they have added server username and password in cloudmanager/maven/settings.xml folder in submodule repo. While building our code in cloud, we are getting this error "Maven was not able to download necessary dependencies due to an access issue. Please check any provided credentials and confirm they are valid. More details may be found in the log." . Note: I have added the password in pipeline variable. still its giving this error Do we need to create cloudmanager/maven/settings.xml folder in our main project apart from submodule and add server details as well? Then only cloud can recognize the server and download dependency? My understanding that it can download the dependency as server details are present in submodules and dependency is added in submodule only.  please confirm how to proceed. its working in my local when I add server details t

If creating PDF extension that is erasing certain information from the PDF documents - what kind of platform would you recommend using?

Hello there, I am trying to extract the tables from the PDF. Currently, I am using the PDF service python SDK. But, I am facing a problem in extraction results. I followed this guide: https://developer.adobe.com/commerce/extensibility/events/ Events are visible in the event_data table in the Adobe Commerce MySQL database. However, they do not show up in the Developer Console in Debug Tracing or Event Browser (Journaling). Is there anybody that can help me?

I am trying to extract both text and tables from PDF document using python sdk. But, extracted data might be corrupted or encoded differently in my case. I have added sample o/p below. Hi, I have created a dynamic board to pull in Workfront actions and update the action status from the board. All working fine with my custom status.  When these actions are eventually converted into projects the status is managed from the project status (again working fine). As all projects start with the 'New' status that means the action goes back to the New column on the board.  Which is slightly annoying but not sure how i can keep the action as in progress and the column it was prior to the project creation? More importantly if the project status is updated eg from charter to in progress the original action does not move on the board. The action is now 'in progress' but still in the 'New' column. Any ideas, how the action status can move based on the resolving project status? Thank You   

Greetings, We are reviewing the "Insights" tool in the assets section and it has a very useful sub-tool for us which is the counting of files with their extension. I would like to know if there is a similar tool that counts the number of files by their extension but based on a specific path. For example, to count how many of these files exist under a path like "/content/dam/example". Thank you very much and have a nice day

In the daily DMA data feed export the Chinese, Japanese and Korean alphabet are not well represented.
