Hi everyone! I haven't used Launch mobile in a while and I wondered if there's now any way to use an Adobe Launch mobile property and send the context data to props and eVars and actions to trigger events rather than using the processing rules? Basically to use the functionality of the tag manager to control where the data goes rather than having to do it in Adobe Analytics itself. This can be using either extension actions or custom code.

When uploading a CSV to the Customer Attributes source the first column in the CSV files is being trimmed off of the schema.  Is this expected behaviour?

Is there really no way for data elements to return click URL? I know you can return event.element.href and setvar in RULES but I want this done through data elements for many reasons I don't have to elaborate on. Why is something as BASIC as click variables not part of the launch core extension for data elements? 

Hello, I am using the AEP Debugger extension in Chrome, visiting a SPA dev site, using 'replace embed code' with a Launch/Tags dev library. I am seeing double calls for everything tracked, but my colleagues do not experience this. Is there something in the AEP Debugger settings I need to change? This is the only tool I have found that works for easily loading Launch libraries on this SPA site, so I really would like to get this working correctly. Thanks!

Since I migrated from Ver4 SDK to Adobe Launch, the % of new visitors on my iOS Mobile App increased from daily avg of 4% to 12%. Any thoughts on what's causing it?  

Hi everyone! Just wondered how you go about setting a numeric success event with the mobile SDK. I want to work out the average number of downloaded items a customer has in their downloads page. What I'm thinking is I pass the number of items as context data and then when I'm setting up the processing rule I say to set my numeric success event to the context data key value? Is it as simple as that? I'm conscious that although I'm sending a number, the context data is a string, so I'm not sure if the processing rule will coerce it into a number.

What I am looking for:   I want to know which variables are being captured AND the rules these variables are being captured through. I am aware the platform debugger has the Event | Network | Log tools which show what I am looking for seperately.    I am looking to find a way to identify which variables are attributed to which rules. I am thinking of having the name of the Adobe Rule be passed as an eVar but not sure if something already exists or how to go on about it. Any guidance would be appreciated. 

Hi    I have implemented Twitter pixels through launch which are base code and event code and I see there are duplicate calls in browser network which is supposed to be two. eci-3 and eci-4 but they are duplicate. Any help. Regards Anwar    

Hi Guys, I please need help in correctly implementing scroll depth using the Time and Scroll Event Extension. So far, I have:1. Set up a Rule for 25% to test to see if this works correctly, before replicating this for 50% and 75% scroll depths.2. In terms of actions, the below is what i have set up  3. set variables on the tracker fires the below:were evar8 is a new page name I set up with hit expiration, and I am using this together with the page name.4. send beacon is set up like this: {"linkType":"o","linkName":"Scroll Depth"}.  My challenge now is:1. The scroll depth only fires on the first page arrived by the visitor.2. On the first page, the scroll depth fires on the page load and also fires when I scroll down to the 25% scroll depth level.3. When I navigate to another page and scroll down, it does not fire the scroll depth event. I will like this to:1. On-page load only fires when the user actually scrolls down to the actual page dept

Hi,   An Adobe Analytics Project is shared with us by the client and there are certain calculated metrics displayed in the reports. We are not able to view the formula from the report. how can I make a promotion for my website that contains these features "Take 1 garment and we give you 40% discount on the second unit (the discount would apply on the garment of lower value)"

I create a dummy segment to recognize profiles who involved in a certain event from 43 to 44 days ago. But the event actually happened in Dec 6th(timestamp), since today is Feb 15th, this profile should not fall into the range. I was confused with the functionality of rolling range. Did I do anything wrong or misunderstand anything?    

I would like to add attribute information to each page of our website.Adobe Analytics has a classification function, but considering the linkage to CDP and other tools , we would prefer to place the information in the datalayer.   ExampleURL: https://XXXX Attribute: for accountants, blog page,...URL: https://YYYY Attributes: for marketing, Product Page,... However, we manage thousands of pages, and it is difficult to specify rules by URL in a batch.How can we efficiently assign attribute information in such cases?Currently, I am considering either of the following two options, but neither is efficient.   -Directly assign attribute information to each page as tags and store them directly from HTML to the datalayer.-Mapping URLs and attribute information in a spreadsheet using URLs as keys, and outputting the mapping information in json format and storing it in the datalayer via a tag manager.   Thanks in advance.

Hi All, I setup one S3 destination dataflow and activated one segment using profile attributes. As per schedule dataflow runs and it get success, however I can see zero profiles received and not seen any files on S3 bucket folder. Please help here.  

Hi All,   When we are upgrading our sdk4 to sdk5, we successfully tested the staging environment using staging sandbox in AEP and Launch.   However, when we are migrating into PROD, we are using PROD sandbox in AEP but somehow our workspace can't identify data being sent through specifically in Android.   I have triple check the configuration in our datastream and launch app id etc. can't find any issue.   I have checked by querying the data inside dataset query and can see my eVars showing there, but seems to be disconnection inside Adobe Analytics.   Hoping that anyone can help with this.     Regards, Felix

When I try to "add a resource" (A rule which is not latest revision but the previous revision) in adobe launch I see this alert why? But I can see the other library is using revision 23 but when I try to add a resource the same revision 23 it is showing an alert.

We're looking to use the Adobe Client Data Layer - Push to Data Layer action to push collected data before a tab or window is closed. The visibilitychange event from the Page Visibility API behaves exactly as required, with support for task switching on mobile devices. In order to simplify our implementation I'd like to know if the Adobe Core Tab Blur event uses this visibilitychange event to detect when a tab or window has closed? Thanks

I tested and rolled out a new Web SDK implementation a few months ago, with data sending to the production report suite in Adobe Analytics. While rolling this out and after, I've had a question about the XDM data elements. When using XDM data elements in Adobe Tags, you must select a Sandbox and Schema, then the fields and values within that schema that you'd like to send.   During my initial setup, I created a development sandbox, which is where I created my initial schema that was used in testing. I copied that schema to the production sandbox, but it looks like that production schema isn't even being referenced. Even after pushing everything to production, it looks like the XDM data elements are still pointing to my development sandbox and schema. If you switch the sandbox and schema to the production version, it looks like you have to fill in all the fields again (as if you are creating the XDM data element for the first time) and it just doesn't make sense to me.
