Trying to connect Campaign Classic SFTP location as source for AEP.  All parameters for login are checked and correct, but the SFTP source connector will not connect.    Using SFTP hostname with login ID and password.The SFTP hostname:  ***********.adobe.comWe can access the location using a local SFTP clientWe can see the data using Campaign SFTP access I just cannot connect from AEP using the SFTP source connector.  Anyone know what I may be doing wrong?

Hello Everyone, We are capturing event data from our website using AEP Web SDK [via launch]. The data captured in data elements is mapped to Adobe Analytics fields  like eVars via XDM object. I can see all the eVars populated correctly in AEP debugger under events. However I randomly see many eVar values missing under profile of a user [email address as identity] in RTCDP. Does anyone has any idea about probable cause for this issue or a way to fix it. On a different note, how can I have this unified data for customer profile visible in CJA. Currently I can see the data fragmented but not related and so can not frame a full journey of customer in CJA. For example I can see dimension 1 and dimension 2 for a particular email id separately but cannot map dimension 1 & 2 together with the email id. Thanks

Hi All, I have 2 direct call rules set up (Based on identifier) which will be fired on a landing page of application form. I am facing an issue with this set up as the DCR1 Variables & Event are being overridden with the DCR2 variables & Event. Direct Call Rule 1: Application form Load : event 8 (Rule sequence 50)Direct Call Rule 2: Application form Visible :event 9 (Rule Sequence 100) Both direct calls rules Action sequence Added delay for both direct call rules so that these both do not fire prior to the Page view call. 

Hello -  Do actions have a way to access their friendly name or other properties from within the action Why?:I have a rule "Fire OrderConfirm Events" That rule contains 10 actions.   In each action, I'd like to call a function that checks the action reached "the end" and didn't error.  If it does error, I'd want to surface the name of the action that errored So instead of:Rule Fire OrderConfirm Events Fired - followed byunexpected:  Undefined etc etc. I can have it throw "Action ${action.name} Failed"  => "Action Pinterest Failed" That way I can easily track errors in larger rules

For example,  say I have a rule, and in that rule, I want to check that both:1.  The Data Layer has completed, which I can tell by a direct call2.  The windowLoaded event has been fired by the browser. I though of doing in a custom event, and I understand how to check for windowLoaded, but how do I check if the direct call happened too?

Hi,I created a copy of a working Launch property, created and built a library that contains just the extensions (no rules), and tried to use it on the site via Adobe Experience Platform Debugger ("Page Embed Codes" field).When the page loads, I am getting this error:EX5b0f4633a2e046688a0843c6cd0ee14b-libraryCode_source.min.js:3 Uncaught TypeError: _satellite.getVar(...) is not a functionat EX5b0f4633a2e046688a0843c6cd0ee14b-libraryCode_source.min.js:3:3505There is no such error when using the original property. On a project we are unsure whether or not to purchase the query service. In what scenarios can the query service be used? is it possible to have some practical examples that help to understand when it is actually necessary to have this service? I imagined the following two cases:1. Do complex searches on datasets (example with the use of JOIN on individual schema, event and lookup)2. insert the results of the research of point 1 in a dataset at time intervals. To create segments based on the data entered in the dataset through the JOINs (point 1) Does it make sense to buy the query service for the two scenarios I have illustrated? are there any other examples that can make us understand the importance of query service?

AEP document says one schema can be reused by multiple datasets. It also says we can define lookup relationship between schemas by setting a lookup field in the source schema to refer to destination schema's primary identity field.My question is when the destination schema is reused by two datasets, which dataset the source schema's lookup field will refer to?

Hello Dear Community, I tried to send Postback Signal with payload from Adobe Mobile Property to a third party vendor’s HTTP Endpoint, for near real time use-cases. I experienced latency of around 30-40 minutes to receive data in Third Party HTTP Endpoint.  I have few questions on this:Where exactly is the time taken by Adobe Servers, is it due to timestamp enabled data processing time?How long does the Adobe Server take to process all requests coming from Mobile SDK to Launch (considering there are thousands of users on the app at the same time)?Is there a way to reduce the latency?Let me know your thoughts if you have come across some requests like this. Best.

When I preview the dataset in AEP, only the last ingestion of the data set is always displayed. Even if I select a previous data set and click on the button, the latest data set is always displayed. Is it possible, from the UI and not via the API, to view data sets prior to the last ingestion date?

I have use case to create a segment based on profile attribute and share in AT. In AT we have XT campaign to serve the content. When I create a segment in AEP based on profile attribute, i can see that user qualify for that segment (Under Segment Membership) but content is not being served based on segment (its always serving default content).Here is the steps we have already configured:1. Profile Merge policy is enabled2. Segment in enabled to flow into AT3. "Segments to Schedule" Flag is turn ON Note: Event based segment is working fine after following the same steps, we are only facing issue while creating a segment based on profile attribute. Sequence for Event firing on page:1. WebSDK fire on page load2. Invoked AT with websdk to fetch contentwindow.alloy('sendEvent', {xdm: {_experience: {}},decisionScopes: ['alloy-5', 'seat-1']}).then(function(result) {console.log(result)}); Not sure what i am missing here, any input will be helpful. Thanks

Team - We are trying to incorporate the SALT while hashing (SHA 256) when the data is being ingested in to AEP data lake to match the SALT  256 hashed value from one of our other sources. However, AEP has only the SHA 256 function which comes under the calculated field as a build in.So, want to check is there any possibilities that we can add the SALT while we use SHA 256. I understand that kind of rare case where we use SALT while we ingest data but it would be great if anyone can came across such scenario or assistance on the specific question.  

For streaming data ingestion into AEP, I am trying to understand the differences (if any) between using the HTTP API Streaming Connector (without AEP Web SDK) vs. streaming ingestion with AEP Web SDK. First, what is streaming ingestion with the AEP Web SDK officially called, is it just "Streaming ingestion" ? Second, is this the best streaming ingestion option? I assume this is the best option for streaming ingestion but I'm not sure if this is actually the best or if it just uses the Adobe branded SDK. I know this SDK is great for the wider experience cloud, but I'm getting at AEP streaming data ingestion specifically. Second, how different is the HTTP API Streaming Connector (found in the sources catalog)?I'm thinking this method just requires a lot more management, as you won't have all your data variables managed nicely like with Adobe tags, but are there any other downsides?
