Hello Team, My call for DCS endpoint on my website is failing due to wrong values in header.My IMSOrg ID and schema reference ID (schemaRef) is pointing to wrong organisation, even when all other value is correct in header.I am getting error 400 ( "Invalid XDM Message Format") and in reports "Message has wrong imsOrgId in the header". How can I send the correct IMSOrg ID and SchemaRef in my headers and why are they wrong even when my DCS endpoint is in the correct organisation sandbox ? Thanks in advance,Singh

Need help on AEP profile merge. I need to be able create a unified profile for customer data coming from different Profile datasets. I have 2 different profile datasets as given below, which have common identifier like ECID and Email as Primary Identities present in the schema. I am trying to ingest online data into these datasets. But the problem is its creating two separate profiles in AEP. I am not getting unified profile view.

Customer record is referenced from Preferences (Customer has many preferences) in the database. Do I need to model both as XDM Individual Profile schemas? If so, how do I populate the array of preferences inside the Customer schema?

Good afternoon,I work in an analytical consulting company, and it is part of my job to do implementations and help with the initial setup of any kind of data collection technology.First time working with Adobe, and as for the WEB part, it was not me who configured, when I started my project everything was already "up and running", however the client needs to integrate mobile app, so I resorted to the official guides on the Adobe pages and together with the client's IT department we started the integration, after several attempts and failures, and come here to the community to verify possible solutions. I am stalled and need to understand if someone can help me on this issue.Everything seems to be done correctly except the LifecycleExtension.In the end it ends up not being able to send data to analytics, which I deduce is due to this situation.Below is the Android Studio log. When calling fetching library info, if someone hacked the CDN and modified a file, would the “updated_at” time stamp change or is that just meta data assigned only at the time of the build? Thanks!

Hello Everyone,I am a newbie in using Launch. I have used Google Tag Manager in the past and I am very familiar with the basics. However, I am attempting to implement our Google analytics tags through Launch (we have a need to have both analytics) and so far my experience has not been successful. Very little if any documentation is available and so far my use of that extension is not working. It's failing to capture any data and I don't really know where to turn. Can someone please point me in the right direction? or has anyone had any success with it and can provide some guidance?Thank YouJB

If you’ve ever seen the inside of the Admin Console for Launch Client Side or Launch Server Side, you’ve probably seen the Manage Properties right under the Company Rights tab.Any users who belong to a group with this Permission Item can create new properties, edit the settings on existing properties, and delete properties. However, there’s another tab where you can select from a list of all existing properties and limit the group’s access to a specific subset of properties. The interaction between these two sets of rights creates a strange scenario, where any time you had a group with the Company Rights > Manage Properties right and Properties > Auto-include: Off, those users can create new properties, but cannot see them. That’s weird. We’re fixing this, but it requires a tweak to what the Company Rights > Manage Propertie

Hi Mates,Any one using Adobe launch or DTM.I created 10 rules in a property. And now I want 5 rules should flow A report suite and other 5 rules should flow to B report suite.Could any one help how to configure this process.@gigazelle please help meet on this

Hi.This is the question. In Adobe Launch I've created a rule using Adobe Client Data Layer Extension so that, when pushing a custom event into the adobeDataLayer, it fires the clearing of variables, the setting of some variables and launches the beacon. One of these variables is set through custom code, like this:s.prop7 = "RandomText3";, but when the rule is properly fired, prop7 is not set.However, just to test a hypothesis, I created another rule to fire on DOM Ready which sets the same variable in two different ways.First case - It sets prop7 using the standard menu.Second case - It sets prop7 using the custom code s.prop7 = "RandomText3";In the first case, after firing the rule associated to DOM Ready, I fire the second rule with a custom event and prop7 is set.In the second case, following the same procedure, prop7 is not set.I've been thinking and trying different things by I can't find the reason for this strange behaviour.Any ideas?Thanks in advance.IL.PS: I've just edite

We're implementing Adobe Analytics for a eCommerce site that has different currencies, depending which country you are in (i.e. Sweden gives you price in SEK, Germany in EUR, etc.). When a purchase is completed, the following is pushed to digitalData:  "transaction": {"transactionID": "1234567","total": {"Price": {{PRICE}},"currency": "{{CURRENCY}}" // e.g. SEK, USD, EUR} According to the docs, in such as scenario you can change the currency from a preset to custom, inside the Adobe Analytics extension in Adobe Launch. I changed to custom, and am referencing a variable whose property path is transaction.total.currency (this should match the path from the code above). EDIT: I know its collecting the currency correctly, because I also set a eVar which is showing me e.g. "SEK" in the AEP debugger extension However, it still doesn't seem to be reporting this correctly in Workspace. What am I doing wrong? How can I debug/troubleshoot this to check that it's actually work

Hi everyone!Just checking out this documentation:https://github.com/adobe/adobe-client-data-layer/wikiI'm guessing this allows you to use the Adobe Client Data Layer extension in Launch.My question, how do you reliably reference elements in the data layer if it pushes the objects and parameters as indexed items in an array?Our data layer is an object so it's very easy to reference the path as a JS variable e.g. digitalData.product.id, but if it's in an array how would you know which index number to reference to reliably bring back the desired value?Does the extension add in a different data element type to handle this?

I'm trying to create a product string via Adobe Launch by  JSON payload with the context data from the app (productCategory, productName, quantity, price, etc.)  from the app. But for some reason the values from these aren't passed along - it just ends up saying "Unspecified". I know I'm able to send the context data keys, because if I write {"contextdata": {"textstring":"This is a text string"}}, I can see that in Analytics. So the problem seems to be when I want to use data elements from launch, which are supposed to capture the value of the different context data keys. Does anyone how to refer to the context keys in Adobe Launch?  

I have a feedback button enabled on our webpage. I want to capture the Question & Answer given by the users in this feedback form & analyze them into adobe analytics. I have created a list variable for this & set the conversion classification and its hierarchy also. But in launch how should I configure or map that list variable so that whenever a user gives feedback it floats to adobe analytics?  Thanks,jsvasu 

I'm trying to create a rule where when a user clicks an icon on the page the rule fires. The icon is however within an iframe, and i cannot target the URL. 

Hi,I want to fire a tag in Adobe Launch based on time spent on the page. I know we can use the Time On Page Event type to do this. But, if I want the tag to fire on after different times on certain pages, can it be done via one rule or do I have to create multiple rules?Eg. Page 1 - www.abc.com - fire tag after 10 seconds      Page 2 - www.xyz.com - fire tag after 15 secondsDo I need to create two different rules in Adobe Launch or Can it be done in one rule? if so, how?

It worked on 6/1, but today on 6/3 it's not working.  Why is this feature important to you - I use this to see all the dimensions that are captured on the page to pull the correct value of that dimension for a workspace project.How would you like the feature to work - List all the dimensions that are captured on the page and copy the value of the dimension to the clipboard.Current Behaviour - It's not listing the dimensions.

Need some clarification on the below:1. are these features still available in AA (prime license)? 2.  as per this article, it can be achieved through very manual way - is it still valid? any limitations? Basically, Does Mobile (AEP) AA contain in-built features for marketing features? or do we need to rely on third party plug-ins?

I know Extensions have shared modules where they can be shared with other extension code.  Can the same structure be used in a piece of custom javascript code deployed as an Action?We have been developing a set of utilities (similar to what we did in DTM) that we are calling "Useful Things Adobe Should Have Cooked Into Launch" (granted, it needs a less unwieldy name!).  We can load in in custom JS and make the functions available at the window level, but if we could cook it all into an Extension it would be easier to deploy across all of our properties.
