I have this bizarre behaviour when using event.identifier in a data element.Background: I have several Direct Calls that actually perform the same action, but set a different s.events. So instead of creating one rule per Direct Call, I created one single rule and put all my Direct Calls in the rule’s EventsThen I created a data element (storage duration = None) to use a switch-case to map the Direct Calls’ event.identifier to the appropriate s.eventswitch (event.identifier) {  case 'foo':    return 'event100';  case 'bar':    return 'event200':  // etc}Now, this is where the strangeness comes in:In my rule’s Adobe Analytics action:If I use my data element with an eVar, i.e. as %data element name%, then my s.event gets set properly. (I know I’m not supposed to set an s.event in an eVar, but this is for troubleshooting.)BUT if I use my data element in the AA’s custom code, i.e. s.events = _satellite.getVar('data element name'), then I get the data element’s default value! We are an Adobe reseller in Norway. We have been trying to get in contact with Adobe regarding Experience via the online form on the Adobe Experience pages. This form does not work. We have got no response at all, so this form is obviously not monitored by anyone.Please, let me know who is responsible for the Nordic market. Name and email-address would be perfect.(Heads up to Adobe: On-line forms not monitored by anyone should be removed.)

I set up some Launch Rules and have a send beacon order at 12 and a s.tl rule order at 9. My issue is, the s.tl rule fires right after the send beacon which gives me an incorrect value in analytics. I tried moving order of s.tl rule to order 8 but still the same result. Anyone ever encounter something like? If so, how were you able to come up with a solution/fix for it?

Under rules to track links, we can set variables (evars and props). It works well on SPA. But if the link clicked opens up a new page, the requests are truncated and setting variables / sending Beacon process is not complete.How can we achieve custom links tracking for Multi Page application ?

We're implementing adobe on our first app and having some problem. I had the dev create a contextdata "login state' with the contextData key value pair of "login state": "loggedout" for the login screen. The eVar "Login State" exists and can be used, but it only returns "unspecified". What causes it and how can I fix this?

Anyone able to help me from Adobe? Customer support hasn't responded since Monday.... just looking to set up the out-of-the-box revenue reporting for our groups here.Thanks for any insight/help!

Hello,We are looking for the Experience Cloud ID Service's setCustomerID function API.  The current implementation requires a browser as it's part of the JavaScript library.  We want to set the customer's profile in non-browser environments such a IoT, kiosks, etc.Does this API exist?  If so, is there a way to decode the JS library to create a work-around?Thanks

What level of effort is traditionally involved with upgrading to Launch from DTM? Are developer resources required? Does clicking the "Upgrade to Launch" button in DTM transfer over rules and configuration to Launch? Is there anything we need to change in AEM configuration is we use the setting "use same satellite tag as DTM"?

If we are layering a target activity with AAM Audiences. Will a targeted individual see the personalized experience the first time they land on the page or the second time? When talking about "Audience Manager Audiences becoming actionable", does it relate to a new cookie or old cookies as well? E.g for a personalized activity for a product held logic. We want a savings ad for a client who only has a chequing account. When they arrive on the landing page on the device they regularly use for their account, will they see the savings ad the first time they land on the page or will they have to return to that page the second time to see that experience?

I understand that for AAM audiences, the audience becomes actionable "next page".Audience creation options in Adobe Experience Cloud If I have an activity live on "page ABC" which uses AAM audiences to determine which variation a user should see, when exactly does the audience become actionable? For example, does the first page hit need to be on "page ABC" (where the activity is) or can it be anywhere on my site?

Hello,This article describes the very powerful feature added to Adobe Launch that allows DCRs to include additional event data as a second parameter to the call to _satellite.track(...) - Direct Call Rule with Additional Parameters in Adobe Launch This functionality would be extremely useful for us but have an unusual problem. Our dataLayer contains keys with a '.' character, e.g. { foo.bar: "example" }. I can't access these values as I would expect, using %event.detail["foo.bar"]% through the UI. This does work as custom code (option 2 in the docs reference above). Am I missing something or is this unsupported?ThanksTom

I.e. use %this.getAttribute(custom-attribute)% without quote marks, not %this.getAttribute("custom-attribute")%.(BTW this goes against my JavaScript sensibilities.)How I discovered this:For a link click, I want to set an eVar to the value of the link’s data-foo attribute.
