Hi there,After going through a number of tutorials and videos, I am hoping for some guidance on the best road map for a proper implementation of Adobe Launch. It's more of a migration.My organization is already using Adobe Analytics across five websites, however, we are doing it in a very inefficient manner. Each page is hard coded to reference the AppMeasurement.js file. We are manually coding attributes such as page names, hierarchies, form IDs, events, etc. on a one-off basis for each page.We have never used DTM or Launch, but would like to. We also do not have a data layer.With all that in mind, what are the best steps to implementing Launch without messing up the connection to props, eVars, and events we've already been using for years with our Analytics instance? Can the Launch container work in tandem with the AppMeasurement.js file? Will it conflict? Should elements and rules from the .js file be migrated to become Launch data elements and rules?Any guidance would be appreciate

Am finding a conflict with Sabre Synxis new booking engine (be.synxis.com) whereby our DTM tags are causing issues with the engine's ability to push their data layer. Per the vendor, they are suggesting we remove DTM tags from their engine pages. However by doing so, we will lose any/all reporting from the engine. We do have a GTM instance that has also been integrated.Anyone run into the same problem with Synxis?Thanks,

Hi Folks,I have encountered some issue when I have implemented the CSP. Please see below screen cap.My initial solution was to enable 'unsave-eval' [1] however this solution was rejected by our security team.[1] Adobe DTM Content Security Policy Block My alternative solution is to avoid using the "new Function" and rather use the actual code and register it as regular JS function.I have tested the plugin and it is working as expected.My question would be:Will there be any issue on my alternative solution? Whats the advantage of using the "new Function" approach compare to my alternative solution?Many thanks in advance.

When will Launch be upgrading the extension to use at.js 2.0 (or higher)?

When we download an archive to do a manual deployment, the pair of files in the root directory are also duplicated in two sub-folders, the PR subfolder and the BL subfolder.Why is this the case?

I am new to Launch...I am trying to capture form submit in an eVar and event anytime someone submits the form.  Below is the what its configured at this moment.  We see both the eVar and Events showing up in the debugger, but only the eVar is showing up in Analytics.  Event is not collecting data in Analytics.  What am I missing here?  TIAQuestion, What does each of the advanced rules mean in laymens terms?

Hi everyone,We have recently migrated our property from Adobe DTM to Adobe Launch. We wanted our script to load asynchronously, hence we had removed "async" from our header script. The execution call for Direct call Rule is written in following manner in our code :try {      window._satellite.track('commonsPageLoad');    } catch (error) {      console.error(error);    } finally {      window.digitalData = {};    }Now , the execution starts with "try" block and call to DCR [ _satellite.track('commonsPageLoad') ] , but somehow, the "finally" block gets executed next before completing execution of DCR. This leads to clearing of datalayer , and no data goes with Adobe's image request, which is a serious concern for me.If anyone knows the reason behind this and solution, if any, Please let me know. Hi, I am doing a generic link tracking across my website and tracking it as follows on click of that link,s.clearVars() var linkName; s.linkTrackVars = 'prop1,eVar1,events';s.linkTrackEvents = 'event1';s.events = 'event1';linkName = "linkclick";s.prop1 = s.eVar1 = s.pageName+":"+linkName;When I check under the Console->Network tab, it shows the image request is getting cancelled followed by a subsequent image request firing. Although the beacon is firing, the data is not getting mapped to the eVar or the prop or the events. This in turn is resulting in report data showing up empty. Please do help!

Hi,Based on the documentation, Launch doesn't support IE10 and below in case of the client-side libraries.For various reasons, we have some pages that are running in IE7 and IE8 compatibility mode. It means that even if a user opens a page like that in the latest version of IE, the browser will act like IE7 or IE8. Therefore, Launch won't work on these pages.What options do we have if we want to continue to support these pages and collect analytics data on them? (considering that DTM will go away soon)Thanks

Hello all, We are currently using JSON-LD Schema on one of our sites and I am looking to create a data element and not sure how to do the data mapping. I usually use the w3c standard but for this client they have Json-LD Schema implemented on the site.For mapping i am use to using this format digitalData.page.pageinfo but not sure how to use the script objects in Json-ld.e.g based on the below example how do i create a data element for @type: product or "sku" or event offers[array]i am using var jsonld = JSON.parse(document.querySelector('script[type="application/ld+json"]').innerText); to display the script on the console (for testing purposes)document.getElementsByTagName('script') also returns script object on the console but using document.getElementsByTagName('script').getAttribute('type'); or   document.querySelector(jsonld["@type"]); returns null. so I need help in capturing these object in a data element.. i need something similar to  digitalData.page.pageinfo.attribute to capt

Hi,Is there a way we can load the launch script async in AEM page. I am using AEM 6.4 and have integrated Adobe Launch to Page using the Adobe Launch Cloud configurations, in Page Properties. Now I see when the page gets loaded the the launch script gets loaded as below and also <script type="text/javascript" src="//assets.adobedtm.com/launch-XXXXXXXXXXXXefa8708c805e3XXXXXXX-staging.min.js"></script>......<script type="text/javascript">_satellite.pageBottom();</script>But what I need is to have the Launch Script to be Loaded async and _satellite.pageBottom(); to get removed from page.<script type="text/javascript" src="//assets.adobedtm.com/launch-XXXXXXXXXXXXefa8708c805e3XXXXXXX-staging.min.js" async></script>In Launch the Load Library Async is checked, but still I see script is not loaded in page async.Is there are way to make the script load async from AEM side ?

Hi,I'm struggling to find the information what's the TTL of Audiences created in People service. By TTL I mean how long a given visitor has Audience membership once he/she falls into it.Segments created in AAM, has a pretty clear definition of it, and TTL can be controlled on traits level. But I'm not sure how it works for Experience cloud audiences. Does it have some default expiration ?Thanks

Is it possible to set up an event in the Mobile Services UI to fire whenever a specific trackState runs? I know you can do it with the action context variable (e.g., a.action=login), but I'd love to be able to increment an event whenever a specific state/page occurs, and to do this via the UI.Thanks in advance!

Hoping someone might be able to clarify this for me.If we've configured Web/Mobile Apps/Apple TV/Samsung, etc to report into the same report suite:-Are the Adobe Analytics Out-of-the-box key metrics (Page Views, Visits, Uniques) equivalent on Mobile Apps and Web? meaning - if I look at page views that are out of the box, do mobile apps and web look at this metric the same way? Or what is different on mobile app page views for example vs. web? (when implementing using the latest SDK)Many thanks for the help on thisPaulina

Hi,How do turn on Activity Map in Adobe Launch, and more specifically, how do I set s.ActivityMap.regionIDAttribute variable?I see a checkbox for ClickMap, but it doesn't appear to be enabling Activity Map.I am using the Adobe Analytics Extension set to "Manage the library for me". Thanks.
