We would like to keep the default download link tracking configured in the Analytics Extension's "Link Tracking" section with the default file extensions in place. But there are a few lightboxes which should not count towards a download. But as there is no specific rule for these, and the lnk_d is triggered automatically, how can I add some conditions? Can I prevent the tracking somehow in the custom doPlugins method?And a small side question, related to this, how can i clear the variables after this automatic lnk_d tracking?I have the following code in the doPlugins where these variables are also sent with the next custom link on the same page:if (s.linkType === 'd') {  s.linkTrackVars = 'events,eVar11,prop11';  s.linkTrackEvents = 'event4';  s.events = 'event4';  s.eVar11 = s.linkURL.split('/').pop();  s.prop11 = 'D=v11';}

In the Analytics Extension you can configure which file extensions are considered download links. Is there a way to provide link specific eVars and props to this tracking call?We are currently using the s.doPlugins as suggested here  https://forums.adobe.com/ideas/5674#comment-163455 to set some additional global variables. But if I want to have link specific ones this doesn't seem the right place to add...

Could you advice in getting the Google Analytics Enhanced E-Commerce tracking implementation via DTM?The only relevant documentation I found is https://forums.adobe.com/message/9547295#9547295 and there is no confirmation if the method works.  We have a shopping cart and visitor comes directly to the Cart View with 2 products pre-selected.There is 3 steps in the transaction - Step 1: Cart page, Step 2: Cart Confirmation page and Step 3: Thank you page​.Each page has dataLayer with the 2 products information. Product ID (SKU), Quantity, Price per quantity.product: {item: [{  productID: 'SKUID',  productQuantity: 10,  productPriceWithoutTax: 30.50},{  productID: 'SKUID',  productQuantity: 10,  productPriceWithoutTax: 35.45}]}What I have done so far, but still in the GA - Ecommerce report there is no data. The GA is firing and if I add console.log outside of the ga function on page load, it triggers but not inside ga function.1) Under Installed Tool, added GA as new tool with Account IDs

Hi Team,I am not able to use the Tagtician DTM debugger tool in my chrome browser for debugging the DTM implementations. But previously I was able to use this debugger in my old machine, whereas in my new machine I am not able to do the same. Can you please suggest that why can't I able to see the rules in tagtician? Hi there,I want to add a condition to my page load rule. If a certain parameter (e.g. xyz) exists I want a tag to be loaded on the page. Unfortunately it seem that I have to choose a value for the parameter. Can you tell me if it is also possible to execute the rule without having a parameter value?Thank you for your help.

Hi Team,we have a scenario where we need to run 2 different DTM containers on pages for some time for validation purposes, old (H.2...) vs. new implementation (App measurement - context data approach ). The library naming convention is different (s. vs. s_new etc.), as well as the report suites.Do you guys see any issues doing that? Potentially any miscounting, data sent to wrong report suites and so on?Thanks guys.

Hi all.A partner is used to use ProGuard shrinking and obfuscation for their Android App.I am supporting them in deploying the Adobe Mobile SDK and they asked if the obfuscation may have any impact on the Analytics tracking.I found no references on the SDK documentation.Also I have tried setting up Proguard on my sample app and the Analytics tracking runs smoothly.Are you aware of any major drawbacks?Thanks,Alberto

Hi there,I'm currently working on a mobile app tracking. I'd want to have an information about appFigures connector that is not clearly mentioned on the Help Center.I'd like to know if you can link appFigures data to visits or if appFigures data is only imported on its side, without any relation with the users' behavior on the application.In a few words: if I use appFigures connector, would I be able to know if a particular downloaded the app and then did a conversion?I guess not.Nicolas

In DTM, when creating a Data element for URL parameter, we can select to remember the value for pageview, session, or visitor. I then assigned this data element for URL parameter to an eVar which is set to expire on Visit in Adobe analytics. Is this going to contradict the expiration logic since DTM is remembering for "pageview" and Adobe Omniture has it expiration as "Visit".Please provide any suggestions.

Hi One and all,Has anyone out there used launch with Drupal8?  I have a very simple test JSON defined data layer, which looks like the below<script>var digitalData = [{"page":{"pageInfo":{"pageName":"Home","destinationURL":"\/home","breadcrumb":"\/home","pageCategory":"page"},"channel":{"primaryChannel":"home","pageType":"page"},"attributes":{"language":null,"contentType":"page"}}}];</script>we would use JS, except Drupal8 doesn't like you out putting native JS to the page, so my developers advised to use JSON.  The issue I have is when I use _satellite.getVar('page Name'); I get a result of (" "), as far as I can tell all the config is correct inside the Launch UI, I have created a data Element with the name of page Name, the path to the data element is digitalData[0].page.pageinfo.pageName (Which I believe is correct).When I inspect the DataLayer with Data slayer, all the elements are visible and populated.  I am trying to understand why the data layer elements are empty

When passing custom events in trackAction, would that have to be hard-coded by the developer or do we need to do it in the Adobe Mobile Services interface?

We moved from GTM to DTM a little over 6 weeks ago and I'm still getting to grips with its functions.Scenario:I need to capture the page name in a Data Element using a DTM script/property used over two different domains.Domain 1 has a dataLayer, where I can use the standard 'JS Object' option to retrieve the page name e.g. digitalData.page.nameDomain 2 does not have a dataLayer and I have to use the CSS selector for where a business page name has been defined (not document.title) to retrieve the page name e.g. Data Element option is CSS Selector, #WebMIPageName and return 'other' value of 'content'What I would like to know if there a way to write a piece of code using the code editor option in Data Elelment to look for both and return the page name?e.g.IF digitalData.page.name OR #WebMIPageName then return value or 'content'As you can tell I have no code/java experience so I hope this makes sense..Thanks for reading...

Hi, can anyone provide information on how to track clicks for the link/section (Featured Panduit Products) on page (www.panduit.com)?  In DTM, I created an event based rule called “Featured Product Clicks”.  I believe the issue could be the Element Tag or Selector option, as it is currently #Featured Panduit ProductsI’m not seeing the rule fire on the page and event36 is not visible in the adobe debugger.Is there something I’m missing to track clicks for this section?

Hi, I am sure this isn't a new question but I can't find it anywhere in the forums.I am using 'D=g' in multiple places in our reporting to get the url, we are having a problem however with URLs where one customer enters upper case characters and another customer enters lower case characters.  How can I force the results of 'D=g' to be either upper or lower case without replacing 'D=g' with a data element that holds the url?Thanks!
