Hi, I'm currently unable to use the Adobe Analytics extension to load my report suites. I've found a few solutions such as this (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/38080877/is-it-possible-to-use-a-data-element-to-set-the-reporting-suite-within-adobe-dtm) for DTM that provide a way to load the report suite through a data element. Would this work in Launch, and if so, why isn't it working for me?

Hi Support,I have been granted Access to DTM and Launch for a new customer, however, I can't log into either tool. The Launch icon states "You don’t currently have access. Hi there,I have Brightcove HTML5 videos that I am trying to track, some events are being captured just fine (ended, play, pause) but others are not (% complete, time complete) with everything else being the same (analytics events, etc). How can I fix this? Please help.For example, % complete being set to 10, when I go past 10% of the video it still doesn't fire. We recently launched Adobe Analytics tracking on an Android app. We set context data variables within the app, and are using processing rules in Adobe Admin to map them to the relevant variables. We're using the context data variables modularly, like puzzle pieces and doing a lot of concatenated values delimited by an underscore. For example pagename for category pages is:<<site>>_<<page_type>>_<<section>>We saw some funny values in the pagename report during QA, but I chalked it up to something weird in the dev build. When we launched the production build, we found something unexpected: a phantom page that is a significant percent of traffic and almost all entries! When you break that "_" down by any other variable, the breakdowns always show "None." Clearly that "_" is showing up like that because somewhere there is a server call with no context data variables but the processing rule is still executing. When you see that the phantom "_" page is 99.

Is it possible to have Analytics fire only on certain pages? I tried adding a path condition in DTM to the page load rule, but that didn't seem to make any difference at all. I'm now trying to accomplish the same result by deactivating the beacon via the following custom code:if(document.location.href.indexOf("whatever")!=-1){    return false}Does anyone have any tips on what the actual best way to have Analytics only fire on certain pages?

Hello there, I have an iFrame on a page and I'd like to fire a click event when a user clicks on the iframe. I don't really care about putting DTM code on the iframe, I just want to fire a click event when someone simply clicks on the container div itself. I've built a rule and applied every bubbling condition and element classname possible and the most I got was a rule-fire on the very edge of the container. Does anyone know how or why this is?

Hi, Can anyone tell me how to track clicks for this button (Request Information) on this page (www.vitas.com). I have defined an event based rule in DTM (rule name: Request information button clicks) with event type as click, element tag selector as div, manually assigned a property as id=purpleheaderbutton, used allow event to bubble on child elements, set tracking to s.tl() and assigned it to an event. But still this rule won't fire on my page and adobe debugger doesn't record my assigned event. Can anyone tell me how to setup this rule correctly to track clicks for this button.

Hello,We are currently using one DTM Property for multiple websites. This has worked fine to date. However, we now have a new website that will be managed by a different group of stakeholders. This group of stakeholders should have admin rights for changing tags on their website. But should not be able to do so for the other websites.The obvious solution is to create an additional property for the new website. However, I wanted to check whether there is any use case for keeping to one property for all websites and creating an additional container for the new website. What would be the pros and cons for such an approach? Would it be even possible to have admin rights at the container level?Thank you,Michael

I added the GUA tool as one of the installed tools. But I didn't do anything on the rule level yet. I thought we only have a empty container for GUA. All the rules won't send data to GA account. But actually we saw data from DTM. I am wandering in this case, what kind of data DTM is sending to GA? Any good document / video on how to setup GUA in DTM?Thanks,

Hello,We recently implemented a script on our site to capture the time it takes to render an above-the-fold element on our homepage (doing this to measure perceived page load).We are currently using the custom code below in Adobe DTM's direct call rule to set the time (integer with two decimals) to a numeric custom event. Event2 would be the numeric custom event we want the time value to set to and hpelement would be the data element that retrieves the value from the deployed data layer.s.events= "event2";s.products=";;;;event2= "+_satellite.getVar("hpelement")+""s.linkTrackVars="events";s.linkTrackEvents="event2";The above setup seems to work out fine except for a couple of instances when the time (in seconds) is set to an insanely high number (e.g. 5 million seconds vs. 4 seconds). When I look at the data in Adobe Analytics, these high numbers seem to be reporting from bot-related traffic (e.g. IP addresses from Google).My question would be if there's anything I can change in the cus

Our company (company A) monitors the web analytics for our sister brands as well, and at a certain point in the user journey they travel into the application side/essentially cross domain. Our parent company (Company B) then sees the user finish the process in their Adobe Omniture set up (Different Omniture than Company A). I was wondering if we put our (Company A) DTM snippet on the application/cross domain side will it interfere with Company B's Adobe Omniture tag? I know you shouldn’t put more than one Omniture tag per site, but I’m wondering if a DTM tag in addition to an Omniture tag will cause the same issues (or if it matters that they are under 2 different registrations/contracts).

I'd like to have the ability to control cacheing for my library with Launch. Is there a place in the UI where I can change these settings?

I've got DTM deployed on my site and I'd like to simultaneously deploy Launch. Can I do this?
