Hi,I have implemented Adobe Marketing Cloud ID tool via DTM. And, using dynamic variable to capture mid value into an eVar(fig attached)s.eVar2 = "D=mid"I could see mid value in eVar2 report but seeing some "none" in the report. By the way, i used unique visitors as the metrics for eVar2. Any reason for "none"?.Here is my understanding - There should be 1 mid value for each unique visitors. Will there be any chance for missing mid value in the report with this approach?Thanks in advance

At the moment I have 14 users of DTM with different levels of access.  Some are users, some are approvers, and some are publishers. However, there is a concern that IP restriction is not possible with DTM the way it is with Adobe Analytics.  The fear (however small) is that someone could gain access to DTM and add some nefarious script which could then get published.  Is there a way to secure DTM either through the marketing cloud, or is IP restriction a feature Adobe might look into?

Hi AllI have an issue in my implementation where the pageview is being called before my datalayer is populated, throwing up an error. I have implemented a custom code to fire rather than using the standard implementation within DTM.What are my options to delay the timing of the pageload call? Can DTM handle Javascript Promises? If not, what other options can I use? I want the pageview to be fired after the datalayer has been populated.

Hi, I followed all of the steps to implement analytics in our Xamarin iOS and Android apps, but no data shows up in Adobe Mobile Services or Analytics.  I even tried running the sample application and replacing it with the json file produced for our App but still no data is shown.  Please let me know what information I need to provide in order to get support.Thanks!

When I import layers into AE the bounding box changes. I have a circle and the bounding box goes past the circle. I imported layers into AE from Illustrator, I did composition retain layer size.What I am aiming to do is rotate the circle in it's center point, the issue is when I import the layer into AE the bounding box is off from what it is in Illustrator and because of this when I rotate the circle in AE it comes of as wobbly.Here is what the layer looks like when I double tap it.I made sure that all of my bounding boxes are constrained in Illustrator by expanding each individual layer and then making a clipping mask over the group.When I import this layer into AE the bonding box is extended on the right side of the circle and I do not know how to fix this issue.This is what happens when I render it and that wobbly look that I dont like: https://www.behance.net/gallery/49312953/WORK-PLAY-STICKER-SETHelp is appreciated

hi ,I have 20 page load rules  . My question is do all page load rules execute on each page or only the rule related to that page .Reason why I am asking is when i have condition  path contains and i hardcode the path or URL , in DTM debugger only the page load rule fires shows ,whereas when i  create a data element where i get value from page title and add condition to rule  data element value =  title ,there it shows condition not met for all the other pages . If i understand it correct then when url strings is defined as static it is not evaluating all page load rules ,WIll evaluating all page load rules based  on data element make the page slow or all rules evaluate anyways . Thanks

I received from Adobe Authorized Training Center Instructor an invitation for an educational institution to apply as an authorized Adobe training center. I was identified as an instructor for the parent company for which I also work. It is a requirement for instructors to provide training on Adobe products, so it is imperative that I be associated with that training center, but I have made several attempts and I have not been able to validate the application. The biggest problem is that I got some degree of assistance, but they never solved my case. Moreover, it seemed that they failed to understand my problem, as I insisted, the situation came to such a point that for days and no one responds to my emails. I feel I have not received the required attention. They sent me a questionnaire to rate the level of attendance and obviously rate them as low as possible. I've created a segment in Analytics and shared that segment with the Marketing Cloud. I'd like to test this segment to see if my Target activity will present me with the expected experience. I tried qualifying for the segment on my website, but I'm not seeing the Target experience I'd expect.

We have a global property ID and site level IDs and I'm looking for the best way to implement.Examples that need to be covered:www.domain.com - property ID 1www.domain.com/dept1 - property ID 1 + property ID 2dept2.domain.com - property ID 1 + property ID 3The scripts on the page should not duplicate Google Analytics code, it should simply send 1 or more property IDs in the single call.  I have tried using rules to insert a second ID, but that doesn't seem to work.  I don't want to have to setup a unique property in DTM and a unique cloud config in AEM.  I want to control the filter on DTM and use a single cloud config on AEM if possibleEnvironment:  Pages are in AEM and the scripts are loaded by the ACS Commons DTM cloud configuration service.

Hi We are moving from H27.5 to Appmeasurement.js v1.8 which is all in DTM, when I load the page however I am seeing the below error in the console SATELLITE: TypeError - Cannot read property 's_tnt' of undefinedI have updated the TNT Integration Plugin v2.0H so that it uses 's.Util.getQueryParam' and not 's.getQueryParam' though this is still not fixed the issue In the doPlugins section we are simply calling the plugin like so   s.tnt = s.trackTNT();Any ideas on how we can fix this or is there a later version of the plugin we can use as we are not ready to move to Analytics as the main source of reporting for our tests ?

I recently got Creative Cloud and whenever I click 'try' for Photoshop, it downloads, but then seconds after it finishes downloading, it disappears from my list of installed apps. It just returns to the list of apps that I can try. I've tried a lot of methods in hopes of getting it to work, but nothing has changed. When I can see Photoshop under the installed app list for a few seconds, it says that I have three days left in my trial. Please help!

Hi , I have a requirement where on page load i need to capture some  information , i have captured info for all fields , except 1 field , this data is not availlable on page load ,since api takes some time to bring data from database , now once the page is loaded i can access this info , but by now variable is evaluated  and in DTM we have logged as NULL , how can this be achieved on Page load rule .Can i make it to wait until i get api response ,can i update the page load rules data later after page loads ,currently my rule is executing at bottom of page and still  not capturing value , guess by then data from API is not there  Thanks

I created a script that identifies if a visitor's browser is using adblocker. I added the script to the page load rule (top of page) and it works and returns a console.log for the return statement. However, how would I capture the return statement in a data element? Hello,I would like to create different organisations under our profile to be able to restrict admin access for different web properties. Admins for each property (domain) should not have access to other then their own web property. Now we have it under one organisation and the admins would have access to other web properties. We need to give them admin access, that they would be able to add new users and have access to the embed tab. The option is missing.
