We are planning to build the propensity models using the Customer AI functionality that is included in our subscription. Will creating these models using the out-of-the-box Customer AI capabilities will have any cost implications—either in terms of licensing or data volume/records processed.

In the dev sandbox - seeing this dataset error:  The message cannot be validated due to the format error: #/placeContext/localTime: [2025-04-30T10:31:15.693Z-07:00] is not a valid date-time. Expected [yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ssZ, yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.[0-9]{1,9}Z, yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss[+-]HH:mm, yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.[0-9]{1,9}[+-]HH:mm]. However - I'm not seeing it in the prod sandbox -- any ideas on why this is happening?

How to set up such a rule? Do you have any ideas? Especially when it comes to VEC activities which are render automatically ....

I have the Target Trace toggle turned on in the Chrome Extension Adobe Experience Platform Debugger.  I refresh my page, but none of the response data is populating.  I do see activity in the Network requests Screen, however I want to see what tests I'm in and which were evaluated.  Please help if someone knows a work around.Thanks!

Hi all, just wondering whether it is possible to calculate a dynamic field like the Profile user's age based on his birthday and keeping the value up to date e.g., on a batch update? In other words, a field that is either preprocessed by a job or evaluated on the fly when queried.

During our initial attempt at go live we imported several schemas from our Dev environment and enabled them for profile.  During final validation a major issue was discovered, and we had to do a significant re-architecture.  I am now attempting to migrate in the updated schemas but running into issues as we're overwriting schemas that already exist, so the import is throwing errors.  What is the best way to either remove the existing schemas so I can pull in the new ones, or align the data so they overwrite properly and update to the new structure?

Hi,I have created the propensity model to score the churn of the records, and have set the weekly timeline for scoring. But after two weeks of successful run, I find that model has scored only 25% of the total records.  I have checked the included datasets, each of them have more records. Is it the expected behavior? or will the model include the entire database slowly and in few weeks all the records will be scored?

we have pushed the page view event when the location. href is changed to the data layer which we are using Adobe Client Data Layer extension. Instead of using Adobe Data Layer as digitalData itself. event is included for all redirections of the page.  This is how we have created the rule to track the custom page view. But this rule was not triggered. But it was showing this message in the console, I will attach the console message belowkindly, help me to fix this

Hi there,   I have been doing some testing by uploading a 2kb JSON file to update one profile in AEP. It's been one hour since successfully uploading the batch, but I do not see the new profile attributes show up or any update to existing attributes for the profile. I have also checked with the "Retrieve an entity" API endpoint, and no updates there too. Am I misunderstanding how Real-Time customer profile works, and is there a time delay for batch uploads?   Thank you,

Hello Team,We are working on the B2B use cases where we ingest customer and account related information from Amazon S3 bucket once it has undergone a data cleansing process. We are good on B2B scenarios as we have followed the schemas, identity related to b2b model. We are able to see the respective account on each customer on profile tab (Customer Profile) and profile level information on the account profile tab. We could be able to navigate to the account information just by clicking the relevant account link from profile tab. However, we weren’t not able to look the account information using “browse by others”. So, wanted to know where we could get this Source name, Source instance to look using the others option.
