Application is getting crashed ,When I am calling the ADBMobile.config.CollectiongLifeCycleData() inside launching method in windows universal application 

Hi,     We are developing a application on windows 10 UAP platform.We have used the windows 8.1 universal omniture sdk in our windows 10 UAP project but we are getting an Exception. Is your windows 8.1 universal SDK will support the windows 10 UAP application if not then when you are planning to release it in the market.please solve this query ASAP

I read this article https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/mobile/android/metrics.html but I couldn't get the difference between very similar metrics as e.g. First Launches, Daily engages users, Monthly engaged users etc and First time visitor, Daily unique visitor, monthly unique visitor... Are they not the same? If I compare them in the Key metrics report, the numbers are totally different: On one day I have 3 times more Daily unique visitors than Daily engaged users. Or I have almost double 1st Visits than 1st Launches... How is that possible? Shouldn't the numbers be exactly the same?(I'm referring to Adobe Analytics.)

For debugging the tracking code on websites I use tools like the Adobe Debugger or http fox or Observepoint and the like. Is there soemthing similar for debugging the tracking code on native apps?

One of our larger clients is having issues getting data in the Omniture Dashboard whenever we update their Adobe Video Heartbeat SDK beyond version 1.37 (on Android only). The client would like to be on the latest 1.5x version. I’m a little fuzzy on the  plugin mentioned in the release notes, and whether it is or isn’t required. Any insight you or your team could provide as to what might cause the Heartbeats data not to arrive in the the client console would be greatly appreciated. I clearly see the data leaving the Android device via Charles, though the 1.3x traces include a “trackingServer” and “RSA” parameter that I don’t see in the 1.4x traces. 

I'm working on a Universal Windows Application (UWA / Windows 10) and need to integrate Omniture, but not getting very far.I have tried to install by the Visual Studio extension  which doesn't seem to be compatible, as I get the following error :The processor architecture of the project being built "Any CPU" is not supported by the referenced SDK "ADBMobile, Version=4.0".Please consider changing the targeted processor architecture of your project (in Visual Studio this can be done through the Configuration Manager) to one of the architectures supported by the SDK: "x86, ARM, x64".Are there any other options for me to incorporate Onimture into the application, or is there any roadmap with an SDK to support Windows 10 (UWA)?Thanks!

I'm integrating ADMS into an iOS game.I've setup Charles to test whether the calls are coming through, and I can only see them after I've paused the app (press home button) and resumed it. HiI am Adobe certified expert trying to install SDK 4 to 2 clients. SDK4 is new and unfortunately there is not enough documentation explaining all the new stuff in HELP. I know JavaScript but I don't know mobile development and when I show these requirements to mobile developers they also don't understand it. There are no examples of the possible values of the variables. There is only syntax, this makes our life very hard.I am going to post some of my questions here with hope getting some answers. My first question is:1-What is Privacy Status and PrivacyDefault. Has anyone seen a problem with the Android mobile app SDK not responding after the app has been sitting in the background?I'm having a problem with the SDK in our Android app. It stops reporting data to Sitecatalyst after the app has been in the background for an extended period of time. It is communicating fine in the evening, but when I pick up the device in the morning, it isn't communicating to Sitecatalyst. It works on most devices, but I have found a handful (haven't identified the link yet) that this happens to on a daily basis. When I clear the app from memory and relaunch it, everything reports correctly.I can see through my Charles proxy that there are communications with our servers and other 3rd party integrations, but not calls to Adobe. After I kill the app and relaunch it, I can see the calls flowing as expected.Anyone else have experience with the SDK for mobile apps?

Hi all,i have used the omniture library in android before and was able to send request and also able to see those request in omniture dashboard.After a month iam using the same code but unable to see the increments in omniture dashboard. Any idea what may be wrong . any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I am in the process of setting up analytics for iOS, trying to call a simple [ADBMobile collectLifecycleData]; In the debug log, I get ADBMobile Debug: Analytics - Attempting to send request (s72905628?AQB=1&ndh=1&ts=1386948640&pageName=Main&ce=UTF-8&aid=44D600527FB14D30-1C498C0019DF2665&c.&a.&DeviceName=iPhone5%2C1&Resolution=640x1136&OSVersion=iOS%207.0.3&AppID=ProductName%201.0%20%281.0%29&CarrierName=AT%26T&.a&.c&t=00%2F00%2F0000%2000%3A00%3A00%200%20300&AQE=1) but nothing happens after that. I'm assuming I get a request sent debug message once it actually works? I'm also not seeing anything being registered on the Omniture dashboard. Hi Team, We are able to use the latest Omniture SDK and track single variable with below code, But for us the requirement is to track multiple parameters against page name. For ex: we need to track the City, Zipcode, customerNumber etc.. With the new module we are unable to findout how to pass multiple parameters to a single call as it is accepting only object as a value. How is the UUID data collected from android, ipad and iphone web browsers and apps for clickstream,and how accurate and consistent is the UUID data collected.It usually shows up as cust_visid in the clcikstream.

They are not clickable on mobile Safari anymore (iPhone 4 with iOS 7.1 and iPad with iOS 8.1). I've noticed that in order to navigate to some link I need to click it twice (quickly tap the link twice). Right now all links are broken on our site on iOS devicesI've found few topics where users had quite similar problems, and tried to disable the forced link tracking or increase the timeoutSetting the s.forcedLinkTrackingTimeout to something like 2sec or more actually does not fix the problem, links are not clickable anywayS

We are using omniture analytics in our Appcelerator Titanium application. As per the Omniture documentation IOS crashes will be automatically logged. But we are not seeing any crash log reported in analytics for IOS. Please help me in solving this

As the measurement API provides singleton object, I was under impression that we should invoke clearVars() method for every track call. But the given example doesn't have invoke clearVars() method. Hi,I want to use realtime data with sdk lifecycle metrics, so I made processing rules to fill custom traffic variables and one event forOS version (a.osversion (context data)) (prop1)Device name (a.devicename (context data)) (prop3)Launches  (a.launchevent (context data)) (event1)All is working fine for launches and os version. But for device name there are no values in realtime report - but in normal custom traffic reports there are values!Any idea what is going wrong? Cheers,Michael

How is the userIdentifier used within the iOS sdk v4.0  is this stored and sent back with lifecycle events?  We want to match lifecycle events to users of the app. The use scenario I envisage is that we would be able to implement a processing rule to pick up the userIdentifier and assign it to an eVar, and we could then pull reports for lifecycle events against userIdentifiers(eVar). Is this possible?
