Hello Everyone, I am trying to setup a OAuth Secret within Event Forwardiing for WebSDK implementation.Its for Google Search 360 API. When i do that Launch always gives me this error "The Credentials provided are incorrect" Even though i am able to generate token using curl with same credentials. Below i the screenshot of how i am doing it under Data Collection:Does anyone know what might be wrong i am doing. Here is the syntax google is giving for Curl:curl \  --data "grant_type=refresh_token" \  --data "client_id=CLIENT_ID" \  --data "client_secret=CLIENT_SECRET" \  --data "refresh_token=REFRESH_TOKEN" \  "https://www.googleapis.com/oauth2/v3/token"

Does anyone have any experience working with the Qaultrics connection? I'm working with a client Strategy where I will pull an audience of profiles that responded to an email. I then want to send them a Survey and get their responses for some analytics.  Please advise.  

Hello Everyone,For AEP Destination, Pinterest tokens expire every 30 days. Once the token is expired, data exports to the destination stop working. Hello Everyone, I want help to understand how rolling range filter work on dates in AXP. Use case 1:I have to run campaign on 17 Feb . For this I have to target audience with enrollment date from 30 Jan to 12 Feb(including 30Jan and 12 feb). Use case 2:I have to run campaign on 12 Mar . For this I have to target audience with enrollment date from 27feb to 5 Mar (including 27 feb and 5 Mar). Is rolling date works fine , in case date lie between 2 months (example feb and march) Thank you

Hi Team,Is it possible to to use Collect endpoint (non-interactive collection) instead of Interact endpoint (interactive collection) with AEP Client Side SDKs like Mobile SDK or Web SDK to queue the events upto a certain time or number of events and then send them as a batch?I understand that use of this endpoint will mean not sending the events real-time and also as these events won't be interactive we can't use them in use cases where we need response back from AEP/Edge. For use cases where we don't have any real-time needs for certain actions and there isn't a response for these events, is it even possible to send them as batch through collect endpoint?Thanks.

Hi Team,Why do I see some Web SDK collect calls triggering as ping type returning 204 status and these have no post body. I also don't see any initiator showing for these calls, I'd like to understand couple of things,What settings in Web SDK are triggering these calls?What is the purpose of these calls? I don't see any post body so what information are they collecting and how?Why are they sent as ping instead of xhr/fetch and why the have 204 status?Thanks

When using the XDM Experience Class, the Commerce/productViews/value field automatically shows as required. On all of our other 90+ sites we aren't seeing any issues not setting this field but on one site it causes data ingestion failures occasionally. Anyone else have this issue? Thanks!

Hi All, We are currently using Adobe provided authentication mechanism where access token is generated with Adobe authentication server. This is working as expected for applications authentication to use APIs. Can some one guide if we can use a centralized authentication server outside Adobe (inhouse systems)for generating access token and is there any document guiding on how to do so.  Thanks,Mohini

Hello,I have been having trouble with the Analytics solution in the Adobe Experience Platform Debugger. When I open a page, the platform debugger has recently stopped showing events in the Analytics tab. There is minimal information up top but not nearly the depth i need. We are trying to load a table that we created in Query Service for adhoc Dashboard. I am currently setting up an internal launch dashboard and some of the last functionality to get running is search. I was watching this video on the ACDL and how it is consumed and mapped in Launch. Adobe Client Data Layer - Event-Driven Data Handling | Adobe Data CollectionWhat wasn't explained was what the data element selection, at the top of the mapping table, of "event message event" is for and how it is leveraged. Does anyone know what this selection does? How this "event message event" data element would work? Also I'm looking for more documentation or videos on how to work with the EDDL and how it integrates with Launch (tags). Thanks!

Hi, Is there a way to send the mobile app version to AEP as part of the data collection process, specifically for the requests coming through the mobile SDK integration? We recently integrated the mobile app with AEP for push notifications, and it’s working fine. However, we are encountering an issue where around 40% of the requests contain multiple ECIDs in the identity map (i.e., two ECIDs). While we believe we've resolved this, some requests are still showing multiple ECIDs. To help with debugging, we’d like to determine if the data is coming from an older app version. Is it possible to send the app version directly as part of the data collection? If not, how can we achieve this within the mobile app code? Thanks!

I noticed that the profile snapshot dataset profile_snapshot_export_% is refreshed once a day, approximately at the same time.My understanding is that it happens on a schedule which names looks similar: Profile-Snapshot-Export-Schedule%. We are integrating a third-party mobile app with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) with data collection. The goal is to collect and ingest app data into AEP using AJO’s data collection capabilities. However, we are facing challenges in successfully capturing and forwarding the data from the third-party app to AEP via AJO. The issue could be related to configuration, data mapping, or connectivity between the systems, preventing seamless data ingestion.Let me know if you want me to refine this further!

Hi experts!  I am looking for managing audience creation within AEP for my organization. As we have multiple BU (media marketing, website experience, email marketing, etc) who will be creating audiences within the same AEP instance, I want to ask in particular:  What is the best strategy to create audience that would avoid duplicated effort to create the "same" audience across BUs, and allows audience to be re-used across the organization?Is it the best to create smaller segments and then combine these small segments into 1 more complex segment? Or it's best to avoid segment dependent on another segment? Is there any naming convention advice that we can follow? Thanks!

Hi Team,Adobe product documentation mentions that if we are using FPID in our implementation than we cannot use Use third-party cookies option in Web SDK configuration,This means I can use either FPID or Demdex ID to seed ECID.I want to understand what happens if we have both of these options enabled?Does to FPID take precedence over Demdex ID or vice-a-versa?Does it break the visitor identification process? What happens then? How does user get ECID?Does it work like if FPID is available use it otherwise use Demdex ID or vice-a-versa?Thanks
