Hello Everyone, Could anyone guide me if we can implement below Tags using Event Forwarding? We don't want to make client calls for these:Google AdsBingFacebookPinterstLinkedIn

We have been noticing a significant amount of crash on our firebase crashlytics in relation to Adobe In-App message on our Android App. We are currently usingcom.adobe.marketing.mobile:core: version - 2.3.1 This is the error -  Fatal Exception: java.lang.NullPointerExceptionAttempt to invoke virtual method 'void android.view.View.startAnimation(android.view.animation.Animation)' on a null object referenceat com.adobe.marketing.mobile.services.ui.AEPMessage.dismiss (AEPMessage.java:298) I have attached a screenshot of the same and a detailed stack trace of the exception for your reference.  Can someone please have a look at this and help fix it. Thanks.

Hello,  We are planning to switch from GTM( Google Tag manager) to Launch. By that, all the tags, data Layer variables and triggers that we have created, we would like to move them and set them up in Launch. Is there any automated way to do that ? are they any migration tools available to do the same ?  Thanks,Vaishnavi Jayakumar

Hi,  I have seen in documentation that Identity Service removes data older than 180 days. Could you confirm this or I misunderstood this?https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/identity/troubleshooting-guide#timestamp-should-be-within-last-180-days

Hi All,   When i am creating a new dataset with unified profile, i get the following error " The client id is not allowed to call the requested HTTP method." Did someone faced the same issue before? Attached the screenshot above for reference   Thanks in advance "

Hi there, What are some of the ways an ECID would be deleted from an identityMap for an existing customer? I originally thought setting the ExperienceEvent TTL on our web/app dataset would help remove older ECIDs outside of the time window, but was told this is not the case. Then I wonder, for customers with older ECIDs that we want to remove, or we if we just want identityMap to show most recent ECIDs within x days, how is that possible? Thanks.

Hi Team, We are using Adobe Launch(tags) for Analytics data collection and we would like to move on to Event Forwarding. In our existing system, we have several custom HTML tags that are using Window internally.  Is this possible to move this kind of tag to Event Forwarding? Ref link: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/tags/event-forwarding/overview

I have implemented onetrust on my site. In the ECID extension,  Enable Opt In is set to yes and the previous permissions is {"ecid": false, "target": false}. I still see the target cookies at_check and mbox cookies fire before consent is provided. I did go into target and enabled GDPR optin and the mbox cookie went away but the at_check still fires. I wore some custom code to delete the cookies but that didn't work either.  Delete cookies custom code:   function deleteCookies(cookieNames) { for (var i = 0; i < cookieNames.length; i++) { document.cookie = cookieNames[i] + '=; expires=Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 UTC; path=/;domain=.example.com'; //changed domain name } } var cookiesToDelete = ['at_check','mbox']; deleteCookies(cookiesToDelete);    Is there anything else I can do to stop these cookies from firing before consent?

Hello, We are using the AA source connector to import data from AA into AEP and Profile. One of the eVars is our CRM ID and it is labeled it as a primary identity in the Adobe Analytics experienceEvent template schema. However, streaming data coming from the AA connector also sends an identity map with the ECID labeled as primary identity. What happens in this case? Is the Profile built using the ECID or the CRM ID as a primary ID? We would like the schema to use the CRM ID as a primary ID. Thanks.

https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/platform-learn/migrate-target-to-websdk/detailed-comparisonHi everyone from documentation they have showed need to use configure command , Is it something we need to write in Rules custom code  or Already configure when we check the checkbox in Extension. Can someone explain this to me?

I want to create an audience in AEP based on this criteria:For an specific journey id, who opens the email.I am also okay if I can created audiences with emails open based on email message id. But I could not find it. I can only see feedback status sent, delivered, bounced like these. Could anyone help me here?

Dear All, I would like to know that the pricing of Adobe launch Server Side tagging. Could you please help.

Hi ,     We're considering using AEP instead of AAM but are unsure how to incorporate device IDs from global data sources like GAID and IDFA. Could you advise on this integration process?       Thank You, Uma

Hi Team,I have a question regarding audience evaluation. I'm using a streaming audience that includes several profile attribute checks and event checks within the last 24 hours. If I remove the event condition from the audience, will it immediately evaluate without the events, or should I expect any time delay in the evaluation process? Thanks.

Hello,Has anyone had experience migrating LinkedIn Insight (pixel and conversion) from the client side to the server side? In our Adobe Data Collection client side implementation, we currently use an extension to send data to LinkedIn through the LinkedIn Insight tag. However, we would like to transition to server-side implementation using event forwarding. To accomplish this, I require LinkedIn APIs that can facilitate this process. After reviewing their documentation, I couldn't find any relevant information, so I am posting here to seek your assistance. @anil_umachigi

Hi,  AllI have below requirement - The user denies all cookie settings on the Cookie banner (Using OneTrust banner). Can we delete all these cookies(s_ecid, mbox, s_vnc365) when the above consent is detected.  Is there a better way of handing these changes ? Thanks for looking into it.

Our Customer Profiles contain an Account array. This array contains data for multiple accounts per Customer Profile. It contains fields such as Product Type, Balance, Product Code, Account Number, Account Last 4 Digits etc. We have a few use cases that require accessing the data within this array for email personalization and/or activation.ExampleWe create an Audience of customers who have an account with:Product Type: CheckingBalance: Greater than $10,000The audience gives us our list of profiles for activation - We want to send an email to this audience using a Journey within AJO, but we want to include the Account Number in the email from the specific account from the Account Array that qualified the customer for the audience.1. I believe that this can be done by replicating the Audience rules as logic within personalization          a. What does the code look like in Email Personalization for accessing the Account Number in the Account Array for finding the

Hi, can we implement Google Tag Manager (GTM) via Adobe Launch so that we can manage all 3rd party tags from GTM instead of Adobe Launch. Any cons to this approach?

Hello,I'm calling https://platform.adobe.io/data/xql/graphql to get a list of segments. I'm getting 50 segments at a time which is the limit per page.  Recently the API at random times started returning "429: Too Many Requests" error. I'm retrying after waiting 10 seconds but in the end I'm never able to get the complete list of segments. The error is returned on random pages and waiting 10 seconds helps in the beginning but in the end it keeps returning the error. I know there are rate limits but we are no reaching them. How should this be solved?

Hi there, I think this topic has been mentioned many times, but just wondering if someone can summarize what are the possible solutions available? After a recent analysis, our org has around 10%+ of our profiles (millions of profiles) that have profiles merged as a result of ECIDs sharing. This is becoming an alarming problem for us as say, if we are to send push notifications for money sensitive campaigns like, your payment is due, we could run into the risk of sending to wrong customers due to this profile merge issue. What are some options? Thanks.

Hi, Used to work with AA and moving to the AEP world. In AA, seems there is no way to delete a Report Suite but also make ourselves very safe from losing any data. But in AEP, deleting a Dataset seems just too easy as long as you got the permission. Is there any way to config the way it works, say need another admin to approve the deletion or need to ask Adobe tech support to help etc? Thanks,John

When using the QueryService in AEP, I realized that the timestamp is only showing datetime format as "05/08/2023, 3:10 PM".What would be the correct SQL to make the results show the seconds as well? ("05/08/2023, 3:10:54 PM")

Hello, I am creating a segmentation Job through API. I am getting an instant Profile count for the specific Audience. What I need is the actual profiles with all its attributes. Is there a way to retrieve the Profiles when the Segmentation Job is finished?

Hi,I am trying to play withe Adobe Experience Platform Use Case Playbooks . I followed the process in the documentation, but i am not seeing the "playbook" link in the left hand side menu. Whether we need any special permission for this ? I am not seeing the playbook link. Someone please help me on this.

Hi, I would like to be sure that I properly understood creation of custom data governance policy.Does this mean that if dataset contains ALL OF these labels then if destination contains any of that marketing actions then that destination is blocked?
