Hi there, I wanted to ask, if there is any possibility to access cookie values from within Event Forwarding Data Elements Custom Code? As the endpoint is recieving all cookies from the main domain, it would be much easier to get information like Meta Browser-ID or Click-ID. Thanks in advance for your feedback. Best regards,Björn Stickler

Hi, I have a theory that I would like to understand if its right before actually trying it out My website has Analytics Extension implemented which uses an old datalayer  say digitalData object & sends data to old report suitesPlan is to add a new datalayer say dData object to the website & use Web SDK to send data to new report suite. But I need to do a transition where for a specific period, I am looking to have Analytics extension in the tags property sending data to old report suites, while I implement Web SDK & create new data elements & rules for it to send data from new datalayer to new report suites through Edge Network.As I don't want to switch off the old implementation abruptly & only have a new implementation running on the site. Is that even possible? Hi Team,I can see more than expected data in direct marketing channel,We observed that there are hits which set on initial pageload which doesn't have referrer . bascially interaction calls doesn't have referrer and its firing before pagelaod calls. so we are losing referrer before its captured on in our system atleast once.I have ordered all rules, still interaction calls are firing before page load call ? why its happening ?

The main benefits we expect from this design are:Utilizing AEP's native capabilities, including Identity Resolution, Partner Cookies (FB, Google, etc), Web SDK, Deduplication, Data Quality, Removal of fake leads (bots), and Stitching.Maintaining a mostly unidirectional flow of lead data. From AEP to Salesforce in NEAR REAL TIME.Has anyone implemented a similar setup? Hi everybody,we have a doubt about Launch implementation best practices. The consulting company that implemented it created a launch property for each of our websites (domain and subdomain) and linked them to each site report suite and a global one.However, we have a new project to centralize them all with the same CMS (now we use multiple ones) for all our sites and create a single portal. Considering this CMS will allow us to develop new landing pages super seamlessly with its own URL, is it better to use a single Launch property for all portal pages (technically each site will have its own dev team and business unit, but for the end user it will have the look and feel of a single portal) and to have a javascript code linking the URLs with the respective report suites or to have a separate launch property for each URL (as we have now)?Thanks in advance

Hi, We are migrating from ACP Mobile SDK to AEP Mobile SDK, and would like to migrate all the trackState/Action calls to sendEvent API. Since there is an extensive data structure defined in the existing Context Data, we are not planning to convert them into the XDM structure on the client side code, and will use sendEvent API to send the existing Context Data instead, and then use Data Prep in Data Stream to map the Context Data fields to the XDM Analytics fields (in this way we can take out all the processing rules in AA). Is the above a good pratice or there's any potential drawbacks? Especially on using sendEvent API to send Context Data instead of XDM. Thanks,John 

Hello, i want to tracking pageview on page but because the web made from react the page not refreshed but the url changed, similiar like modal but its not. example: origin url www..../page1 when i klik the button the url changed into www.../page2 but the var wont change if i not open it by new tabs. how to get the var within exsiting flow and get the data from www.../page2. with Adobe LaunchAny suggestion/reference, that will be big help. Thanks in advance

Hi, Is it possible to add role based email addresses in AJO when sending out emails? As an example, if there is any technical issues we want the user who recieves the email to report using the address abc@techissues.com and if there is direct complaints the user can report to abc@report.com Thanks

I have created a dataflow for ingestion of data into a dataset based on a schema. One of the attributes in the schema is of datatype String.While for most events, this attribute is coming as String from upstream, for certain other events, it is coming as a JSON object. I see that there are warnings in the dataflow run regarding this datatype mismatch. I want to know that in these cases, whether AEP drops the entire event because of this datatype mismatch error or drops only that specific attribute and rest of the data in the event is ingested? What is the default behavior in this case?

Has someone experienced issues with the Log Tool not capturing the interact network request when a new browser tab opens after a button or link click? I have been experiencing this for some link clicks that open in a new browser tab and have not found any explanation and future fix, if any, to this.

Hi Everyone, Currently, we are moving from Adobe Analytics extension to WebSDK and the scenario here is :We do have different websites, applications and functionalities to track which required 4 different properties in Adobe Launch and sending data to different Report Suites.Configured single XDM schema for all the websites, now the suggestion I require is, adding adobe service to the data stream.Do I've to end up creating 4 different data streams for the different report suites ? or Is there a way that I can accommodate all the report suites in a single DataStream. Note : It's not a multisite tagging, and not sending same website data to two different report suites. Thanks for the inputs in advance. 

Hi, I have a Record behavior dataset created as a lookup for CJA. The schema is simple, just the default "_id" field as the article ID, the article name and author name. After the initial data upload, we found that there're some mistake on the author name field and thus we have to upload certain records again e.g. Initial upload - (_id:123, name:book1, author:john)Record update upload - (_id:123, name:book1, author:paul) I was expecting the record to be updated based on the _id:123. However, when tried to use Queries for debugging, with the SQL "select * from <lookup_table_name> where _id = 123, it shows both records in the result window. Anyone can share some insights on this? Thanks,John

Hence I am working on the audience export REST API as detailed here. However, the data I am seeing in postman is not getting the createdBy and modifiedBy as user names, rather the data is an alpha-numeric data: 85142A8C6438639B0XXXXXXX@9c85257963ffdd024XXXXX.X How can I retrieve the "createdBy" and "modifiedBy" from this alpha-numeric code? Any assistance will be appreciated!

Hi Experts, We have many data flows  (50+ ) of them and the default monitoring dashboard is proving out to inefficient as we have to notify the source teams +stakeholders  (100s of them who do not have access to AEP) about the daily ingestion status (new records added, new profiles , failures with their descriptions etc) I was wondering if there is a OOTB way to connect their underlying datasets to CJA and create a dashboard which gives them this information. [I do not want to invest significant time and resource in building a solution involving Flow APIs / Monitoring APIs right now. ]Is it possible? 

I am new to AEP and a little unsure about when to use the AEP Edge Network API versus the Flow Service API, as both are server-side APIs. Can I use the Edge Network API for all my data ingestion needs? When should I choose one over the other?
