Hi, I would like to be sure that I properly understood creation of custom data governance policy.Does this mean that if dataset contains ALL OF these labels then if destination contains any of that marketing actions then that destination is blocked?

Hello,   We are currently utilizing the Edge Decisioning API WebSDK to accurately present customers with the most relevant offers. The ask is to present the offer related to customer's most recently viewed product.   What we did Once a customer views a product on our website, a journey is triggered that updates the profile with the ID of the recently viewed product. Subsequently, in our offer decision-making process, we employ a rule that displays the offer associated with that product if it is found in the customer's profile. This is working fine but it takes sometime before the customer see the correct offer.   Whats the issue We are encountering an issue because the journey updates the customer's profile in the hub, but the Edge Decisioning API retrieves profile data from the Edge. The synchronization between the profile on the Edge and the hub can take anywhere from 2 minutes to 2 hours, leading to customers receiving incorrect offers.   Question Is it possib

Hi there, I have couple streaming segments, and there are two data sources, one is a batch data source that comes in after the global segment evaluation time (say 7am). 1) Will these streaming segments' population update after 7am a) if ingestion is a batch source (through batch ingestion api), b) Will this still trigger an AJO journey that starts with Audience Qualification? 2) If the above is no, does this mean I need to convert the ingestion method via streaming api in order to update the segments in real-time, and kick off the Audience Qualifications event in AJO? Thanks.

Hi,New to CJA here. I've setup everything and started ingesting data via the web sdk into a dataset. When I go view the dataset, sometimes I get these 2 errors. [error code: DCVS-1104-400] The message cannot be validated due to the data type error: #/web/webPageDetails/pageViews/id: expected type: String, found: Integer. [error code: DCVS-1106-400] The message cannot be validated because a required property is missing: #/web/webPageDetails/pageViews: required key [value] not found. When I look at the data.. I can see that sometimes the data batches are successful and that those values "pagview.id" and "pageview.value" are coming through to CJA. How do I find exactly what pages are triggering those errors? How do I troubleshoot this?

Data wished to be included are: email, voucher expire in 7 days, owned coupons and used coupons. Hi  I keep getting into this error where I try to access query service and the "Initializing connection..." message in the terminal never disappear and therefore I cannot run queries. I tried clearing the cache, reloading the page multiple times and restarting the browser, but nothing works. This has happened multiple times in a sporadic way. I check Adobe Status page and everything is suppose to be fine.  Have this ever happen to anyone else? What is the solution?Thanks

Hi,  I would like to ask what is the best practice to collect marketing agreements from WWW. I have enterprise customer with multiple businesses and database which will be main repository for all marketing agreements.  From my experience there is possibility that the scripts like WEB SDK sometimes might not work due to ad blockers. I see two possibilities how the data about marketing agreements will be collected:a) from front-end using data-layer etc directly to CDP, b) AEM will send the post request to database with agreements and the this database will send data to CDP Solution A might provide little discrepancy in the long term.What is the best practice from your experience?

Hi , Currently , we are in process of migrationg all our App measurement implementation to AEP WEB SDK . I belive with WEB SDK , we are allowed to stream data to to both Adobe Analytics and AEP Data lake . My questions is , can we use the same schema for AA and AEP data lake data stream ?  For Example : As of now , there is no requirement for real time data  and business just want the data in AA and down the road if there is  any requirement to have real time data ( AEP Data lake for RTCDP purpose) . Hey all! Running into an issue I'm wondering if anyone else has faced before. We're working on a new integration that we need to export 2 years of historical transaction data to support. The first year was super easy, we have it in a profile enabled dataset, so we were able to export that to our S3 Integration directly. The second year, has been removed off of profile via TTL but still lives within the datalake. I wrote a query to pull the data and added it to a new historical dataset, but when attempting to export to our S3 Connection, no records are being successfully activated. I noticed in the documentation, that there is a guard rail in place to only allow data with a timestamp of less than 365 days to be activated. Has anyone else run into this issue before, and how to you get around it?

Hi,  I have a bit of an urgent ask.  Is there a way to create a mapping between a code we ingest in AEP and it's value which we won't be ingesting. As an example if we have the code [1 - 10000] ingested in AEP, is there an easy way to assign values to these codes such as 1 -> A and 2 -> B. We would also like to use these values in AJO?

When setting up a destination to export a dataset to Data Landing Zone as a JSON file, it appears that there is no longer a 'None' option in the compression dropdown (see attached screenshot). In the past we have been able to export datasets as un-compressed JSON. Is there no longer a way to do this? Is there a way to change this setting via the API after creation of the destination? Thank you for taking a look. -Michael

Apparently there is some documentation somewhere that details how to self-host Launch production releases in a way that can be done separately from website code releases. I spoke with an Adobe employee at the Adobe area in the Pavillion at Summit a few weeks back.  He said there is documentation on how to do it and that he would send me the documentation.  He mentioned coding a webhook.  I am still waiting.  It is likely he lost my contact info and I was not smart enough to take a picture of his badge so I could reach out. Anybody had an idea on where documentation like this exists?

Hey guys,I am trying to udpate adobe launch rules using launchpy module in python. I can successfully update it but whenever I am opening the rule, a message pops up stating that "Your unsaved changes will be lost. Are you sure you would like to leave this page?"I have updated the rule using api and even if I manually save it to library and check again, I am getting the same message. Can you help in resolving it? Hi Team, We were planning to bring Demandbase data into CDP.. so firstly, is this a good approach to create a direct connection of Demandbase to CDP? How will that be planned for profile dataset and profile stitching with other first party data sources? Currently we have a Adobe Analytics as a source set up to CDP and eVar is tagged to bring Demandbase data whenever there is an activity on our company web page. If we can proceed with direct connection of Demandbase to CDP - is there is way we can set up source connector for Demandbase to CDP? It doesn't seem to be present in catalog. Please suggest.

Hi Team, I am new to RTCDP and trying to understand:- Can we modify an audience after activating to a destination? Will the system allow this operation? If so, what will be the implications on campaigns using the audiences? I think, I could do it in a dev setup, but looking for situations once it is in prod.- Is there a way to deactivate or archive an audience, instead of deleting it? Did not find relevant material on this in the documentation, kindly help me understand and also provide links to the right content, if there is any. Hi all,  I have create an audience composition in AEP and I've enriched it with some data attributes from a lookup table. The new audience is called 'Save audience' which I'd want to use in AJO. However, the count of the new audience created from audience composition doesn't seem to have updated. Is there a delay in the time it takes for the count to update or there usually isn't a count shown for these audiences? Thanks

Hello,Looking for some support on whether it is possible to export the Audience Name in the records that would be sent to Kinesis via destination export in AEP. I understand you can add the Audience Name as part of the filename, but for this use case, we are looking to have the Audience Name in the actual file itself. Thank you,David

Is there a way to include the audience/segment ID and/or Name from which the profile has been activated within the data activated to a Kinesis Destination.  I know segment membership is included in the output but this will include any segments for which the profile qualifies rather than specifically the segment which has been selected to be included in the destination stream.

How would you add AEP iOS? Swift? ObjC? Both?
