Adobe Experience Platform

We are using Web Vitals Adobe Launch extension and we are using "a specific URL" to load the web-vitals.js. The issue is that the value I put in the input field for "a specific URL" is not retaining after saving the setting. Are you seeing the issue? I am using the version v1.4.2

Hi, I have installed google floodlight tag in Adobe Launch via DoubleClick Floodlight (Beta) extension, but somehow, it does not fire. What are the possible reasons for that?

Hi Team, I am trying to query service for a dataset 'TEST_DATASET" which has an Array field - "products"I am trying to query in Query Service -select field1, field2, field3, productsfrom TEST_DATASETwhere VARCHAR(products) like '%pencil%'  Basically i am trying to check if the 'product' field, which is an Array datatype, contains the value 'pencil'. I am unable to use the array field in WHERE clause without converting to String. I have tried multiple functions - VARCHAR, ARRAY_TO_STRING, TO_STRING, INLIN but none of them are supported and throwing an error.  Please suggest how do I convert an array field into string to be used in WHERE clause in Query Service.

hello, has anyone had experience with any kind of error logs related to AEP or AJO that can be monitored in Splunk using that dashboard?  The documentation I have found so far has only been on audit logs which is not related to failures within the platform.  We are moving onto the AEP platform using only AJO and RTCDP and we use Splunk.  Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Hello All, 1. I would like to understand the end to end process of stitching AEP with adobe target2. What benefits we can have by using AEP 3.Our websites are built on SPA framework which needs to use above point1 to be implemented first in order to run the test  4.We are using experience fragment which appears blank when assembled in adobe target (regardless of above point) Appreciate your assistance on it. Regards,Poonam

Hi, Trying to populate ECID value to a custom XDM schema field, and referring to the following link, Accessing the ECID | Adobe Experience Platform It states that using Data Prep / Mapping is preferred, since all my configurations are done at client side using Launch / Tags, my first question is whether this is still a "preferred" method in my case as it may cause some maintenance confusion in the future when the majority of the configurations are in client side? The second question or comment is, why is it a must to provide a JSON schema in Data stream config before we can proceed to do data mapping? Is it better to have an option to just load the schema associated with the Data Stream? In this case of populating the ECID, I have no idea how to prepare the proper JSON file in order to proceed with the data mapping. Also tried using the "Copy JSON Structure" function in the Schemas interface, but its output is the not the expected structure for Data Prep. Maybe

Hi there, I am looking to maintain a list of metadata that we have in AEP for our stakeholders to see what's available. Is there a way to easily export the fields out? Some example of fields I am looking for are: Field name, field type, description etc. I tried using the API but it returns a very complicated set of JSONs. Thanks.

Hi everyone,I'm new to Adobe AEP/ CJA. I am trying to export/import schema via the api and in following the tutorial I landed here https://developer.adobe.com/ to create a project. I proceeded to try to do 'add-api' however the "Experience Platform API" is greyed out. I am the system admin of the adobe products. We have AEP the following products.. Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Experience Platform Data collection, and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.

one of my clients requested for an indicator in profiles, which are collapsed due to same emails but they have different last names. With that indicator they wont target those profiles for any personalized marketing activities. how can I add the indicator in profile snapshot regularly?

As you may know, when you create an HTTP API connection account and a Dataflow, in the UI you can click on an option called Copy Schema Payload, which allows you to copy to the clipboard all the information needed to ingest data using that Dataflow via API, such as the endpoint link, the request body, etc. Is there a way to get that same information using the API? I was checking the documentation, specifically the documentation related to the Flow Service API and found no help on that. Thank you in advance

Hi,Recently, I found that one of my dataflow which manages the SFTP source setup has been disabled by one of the marketing team member. It was originally setup to import daily. I want to import the missing files which came in the past (while the dataflow was disabled) and restart the daily import. Whats the best practice to handle/fix this scenario? I am confused with On-demand Ingestion which takes Ingestion start time, date range start time and date range end time. Screenshot attached. Can this option be used where I re-enable the dataflow and start on demand Ingestion and change the starting date to be the date that the dataflow was disabled? Other viable option can be to create a new dataflow and enable the backfill. Thoughts and guidance please. Hi All, We are trying to use satellite.track to trigger a button click. But along with that track call we are sending additional objects. I am trying to access those objects inside a rule as a condition or ac an action, i am not able to access those. Can someone please help me with what type of Condition type should i be using to reference that? In the below track call i want to access the "name" and the "conversion label"_satellite.track("link-button-click",{id: 4267, name: 'Apply now', conversionLabel: 'test'}); 

I have email address coming as hashed. I need to check with client/vendor what algorithm has been used to encrypt at source. Considering it is SHA256 encoded, I assume that I can use the Emails (SHA256, lowercased) OOTB ID NS for my use case. We wanted to leverage as much as possible OTB from AEP Connector. However, what we observed is if we push data from AEP to Marketo (via connector) , we are not update update already ingested leads records from AEP to Marketo.Is this limitation known and how other customers are solving this issue.Navin

Hello,I have a segment definition and a profile that meets the criteria for the segment. On first Segment Job run, what should be the expected status of Segment membership? Realized or Existing? What if the status was "Existing" before the Segment Job run? Does that mean that the Segment Job was run previously? Thanks.

Trying to do something that should be pretty simple.  Any help is appreciated.  We have a datastream configured from a website.  Services include Target, Analytics, and AEP.  There is only one schema for mapping.  In AEP, we want to send just 7 attributes from web events instead of all the attributes that get sent to Analytics.  Is each target dataset in a datastream all or nothing or how can we filter/subset the data to just send the needed attributes to the AEP dataset?

Hey I have a common page view rule, firing when "DOM is ready". The console shows me that the rule fires and all actions within the rule will be triggered: set variables, send beacon, clear variables. But the actual network requests is missing, so the tracking call is somehow buffered.  When I click somewhere on the website, I don't even need to click a clickable element, the network request will be actually fired.  So, somehow my setup is buffering the request. I did not made any changes to the page view rule itself, but some click events. What I did: I disabled ActivityMap and ClickMap in the Adobe Extension and I updated the Adobe Analytics extension to version 1.9.3. Right now it seems there's not even a change log for this revision. Rolling back to a previous version of my tag container does not fix the problem, so I assume it's not connected to my rules.  Right now I am not sure if this is a bug in my setup or if it's caused by th
