I am trying to create the XDM individual Prospect schema and setting up the primary key, in the list of name spaces dropdown not showing any identity name spaces to select, due to that I am not able to enable the profile for the schema , can anyone please help me to fix this issue?

Hi there, As part of our data hygiene best practice, we are looking to delete dataset batches that were ingested more than 30 days ago to keep our storage usage optimized and low. I've tried going into each dataset and just create a request via delete batch api to remove those batches, but that's a very manual work.  With the new data life cycle feature, that doesn't my purpose as I don't want to delete the entire dataset. What are some recommendations? Thanks

Europe's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) defines consent as "granular," which basically means the visitor must have a choice and be in control of what they choose to share. That means only having an "Accept All Cookies" or "Reject All Cookies" option is out of compliance.According to https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-platform/edge/consent/supporting-consent.html, as of Sept 27, 2023, it states "Currently, the SDK only allows users to opt in or out of all purposes, but in the future Adobe hopes to provide more granular control over specific purposes."Given that, how is Adobe providing customers the option of using Web SDK while also maintaining compliance with the GDPR?

We are implementing AJO on mobile app. While testing the push functionality via Assurance we are not seeing push getting delivered on Android. Works fine on iOS. There are no errors and the Test Results panel is all green. Any pointers why this is happening?

Assuming that we have a use case where 3rd Party system needs to retrieve by product ID the product details. How can we retrieve product information by product id? Thanks

Hi Team, I have created a segment and exporting Profile attribute (email address identity map) to the destination (SFTP). Can I export a Lookup Schema attribute along with Email for the segment (eg: Campaign name, IDs etc?) 

Hi, We have a usecase where we need to create a segment of premium customers. Premium customers to us meaning the top 5% of maximum purchasers on the website.  Is there a way to achieve this via segmentation because the top 5% is a relative number and will change as more and more customers purchases the product. Also I have one more question. I am trying to create a segment by comparing two date time field using the below logic . While doing this i get this the below error. Hi All, I am validating the Merge Policy has been creating for two different datasets (Dataset 1 and Dataset 2)based on the same XDM Profile schema. Assuming We chose to set DataSetPrecedence as Merge Policy Type with order 1) Dataset 1 2) Dataset 2. If I retrieve the profile based on email as primary identity, which attribute i will visualize if they have the same attribute but with different value? An example Dataset 1 has attribute loyaltyCard = Gold and Dataset 2 has attribute loyaltyCard = Silver? Thanks  

Hello All When you are ingesting datasets for a profile from various sources - and you decide to use merge policy based on dataset precedence what the system will react when you have multiple datasets ingested but in the precedence order chose only two of the datasets. Will the rest of the dataset data being ignored during the merge even if one of the profile field has value in one of the dataset has is being ignored in dataset precedence? Lets for example I have Dataset CRM_SB 1, CRM_SB 2, CRM_SB 3and is Dataset precedence the order isCRM_SB 1CRM_SB 3What happens to data for CRM_SB 2 I tried some experimentations and it seems CRM_SB2 is ignored all together even if CRM_SB 2 has values for some fields which CRM_SB 1 and CRM_SB 3 does not have.  Special thanks to @tof_jossic as he has been very quick in responding to my questions.  Thanks Prithvi

Hello,I create this topic because I'm looking to migrate from GTM to Adobe Launch as a tag manager.On GTM I was using the visibility trigger with CSS selector to send print tags (see screenshot).I tried to reproduce the trigger in Launch with "Core - Enters Viewport" and the same parameters (cf. screenshot).However, Adobe's detection seems much less precise, accurate and efficient (cf. video), as it detects visible elements when they aren't, whereas GTM is much more precise in this matter. Does anyone experience this case?Is there a way to get the same result as GTM? Hello, I have a scenario where I need to store order-related data in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). I'm uncertain about whether to use the Individual Profile or the Experience Event for this purpose.If I opt for using the Individual Profile to manage orders, I'll face the challenge of needing to send all previous orders back to the dataset whenever a customer places a new order. This is necessary to ensure that the previous orders aren't overwritten.Alternatively, if I choose to use the Experience Event, I can easily manage all the orders, including their timestamps. However, there's a potential issue when customers contact customer care to modify their orders, such as upgrading a product. In the Experience Event approach, I'll end up with two identical orders: one made online and the other updated by customer care. As a result, when retrieving all the active bookings for the customer, it will show as two bookings, even though there is only one booking that has been updated.Could you

Do we need to configure anything on AEM author? after installing the AEP SDK installed using the Data collection UI configurations?

When Event data ingested into profile and then if I view in UI - Profile-browse should I see only last 7 days data for profile? All data for the profile including failed rows?

Hello Let us say a scheduled segmentation is completed and marketer decides to do an on-demand segmentation with a Segment Name - New SegmentSegment ID - XXXXXXNow he decides to evaluate the segment. By new segmentation does it mean an activity of segmentation to add or evaluate the existing segmentation?What API call I should use to evaluate the segment? What is the best way to control the firing of AAM in adobe launch? Cookies like demdex and Everest are dropped by Adobe audience manager which we want to make sure are only dropped when the user has only consented for advertising cookies. We are individually approving all the extensions in the Opt in services code. However, AAM is firing even when it is not approved, inconsistently seen to fire alone by ECID approval, unless the disabled parameters are set in the ECID extension (Screenshot attached). We don't want to use the patch work of adding disabled variables as it has a trade off in other area. Any thoughts/ideas would be highly appreciated. Thank you!
