Hi,Why does it take almost 30 minutes for the AEP Data Lake to update datasets? I need to monitor bounce events, but the data isn't available in real time.Also, could you clarify why in Adobe Campaign Standard those values are available in real time, while in AEP they are delayed? Thanks!

Our requirement is to enrich the customer profile in real time. What is the fastest way to enrich the data in real time (say in below 1 min or max below 15 mins) . We have abandoned cart requirement where we have to show a pop-up with the data on items for which customer abandoned cart. Event Forwarding is one appraoch but trying to see if there are better approaches available.

Hello,I have tried to insert my work PDF Newsletter into the body of an Outlook email. My boss does not want to send it an attachment because most people won't open it and look at it.I have done some online searching and found that selecting "Insert" > "Object"  > "Create new" (and select "Adobe Acrobat Document" > "OK" and then select the PDF you want to insert and then "Open". When I do this, the first page shows in the email body but that is it. The newsletter has 5 pages. I don't have any hyperlinks in the PDF so that isn't the problem. I'm not sure why it is not working. Is there another way to do this? Thank you.Renee

I have a scenario to overwrite existing AEP RTCDP profile attribute with a null using upsert data ingestion Example:profile- FN: test, LN: test 2, City: NY replace City with nullexpected profile- FN- test, LN: test2 I tried with data prep mapping iif((upper(FN)).equalsIgnoreCase("TEST"), nullify, City)), it is doesn't overwrite profile attribute 'City', AEP just omit this mapping because of null. Thanks,Anandhi

Hi,In the XDM schema there are commonly objects that contain a value/id combination, where "value" is a number which acts as a counter and "id" is a string which contains the actual value or identifier being passed. I'm using a data element to populate both these fields. The thing I'm trying to figure out is what values to pass when I don't need to populate these properties, under specific conditions. If I'm not supposed to populate the fields, what do I return for the 'id" and value? I'm assuming undefined for "id" or should I pass null instead. I'm thinking null may cause issues with data ingestion. Same situation for "value", do I pass 0, undefined or null?  Thanks!

I want to share a use case with you and hear your thoughts.We have a few events flowing into AEP that contain essential data to support an abandoned cart implementation.The idea is to capture each step of the reservation/checkout process.If the process is abandoned before completion, we present a pop-up with the itinerary details and a CTA to finish it. Currently, as a Proof of Concept (PoC), we are capturing the event to trigger a journey and using a custom action to update the Profile through the reservation process.In a second moment, we have a journey using an AJO Web channel to show the pop-up with the profile data. We want to explore other approaches:Evaluate leveraging the Edge Network, more specifically Event Forwarding, to streamline Profile Updates with the Abandoned Cart Events.Understand if computed attributes are feasible in this context.Any other approach using events

When I configure a new source connection (blob) from Adobe experience platform, I would like to implement a connection string from Azure Key Vault instead of using a hardcoded connection string.Currently, our existing Adobe system is using a hardcoded connection string. Does adobe support this feature? if yes kindly share the supporting documentation

Hi, For computed attribute, do I need to create a dataset by any chance?  I see the schema is auto generated, however, I am not getting any data from the attribute that I had created.  Am I doing something wrong here? Thanks

How can I set up an Azure Blob storage connector using SAS method and renew credentials every 24 hours?  I can do that manually in powershell, but then need to always do that manually.   There has to be an easy way to configure that.  I am just not sure where to look.

Hi all,My first time posting and I hope someone can help.I've been uploading CSV's successfully for months; however, due to a change in data processing I had to make some user deletions (advised to remove them from the upload sheet and re-process the file). This was generally successful and no major issues; however, at some point a purge request was submitted separately to remove a user instead of removing the user from the CSV upload and this seems to have had a knock-on effect and now stopped any and all CSV files from going through.Error Message when trying to upload any CSV file "A CSV file is currently being processed. Please wait for the processing to complete before uploading a new file" The last time a file was uploaded successfully was 14th July and every previous upload shows a red triangle and the status of "History removed because of user purge request"Has anyone had any similar issues or know how to resolve this? Hi Team, I am currently working on creating a CJA dashboard for B2B Buying Group level reporting and Opportunity Funnel analysis. I have set up the schemas with relationships and created the datasets(with 10 records) before establishing the connection in CJA, with optional containers enabled for Opportunity and Buying Group. The connection details are provided in the screenshots below.Unfortunately, the backfill processing for the profile dataset (person) has failed, and the backfill for the lookup and event datasets has been ongoing for more than 3 to 4 days. I have reviewed the audit logs related to the connection but couldn't identify the root cause.Has anyone implemented a similar use case and encountered these issues?
