can i get Adobe Launch Demo Access for training and practicing purpose? If yes, please help me with the process. Thanks

I'm tracking data from Jan 2022-Dec2022 and  in May 2022 from a particular IP suddenly page view from Mobile device dropped significantly and is not able to recover till now. I'm unable to understand why it happened. Can you please through light on this? Also what test I can do to make sure we are capturing data correctly from Mobile device.

Dear team, Currently we are onboarding data with email and mobile as fields in schema, but in phase 1, we are planning to make only email as identifier and mobile as attribute. And then upload data from our data warehouse. Phase 2 (6 months later), we are planning to change mobile field as identifier as well (now email is primary identifier and mobile as secondary identifier), and re-upload data for that schema. Can you let me know1) If above approach is feasible?2) During phase 1, can query service use mobile number as field and query profile? I am told we need to use identifiers only (and not attributes) to query profile. Thanks,Veera

Hi there, I have a test segment with 2 profiles realized in it. Currently, the source of the profiles are only from XDMIndividualProfile (offline data), as we are still working through the data implementation for XDMExperienceEvents (online data). I tried activating the segment to the ACS SFTP destination, but the dataflow result says, 0 profiles received, 0 failed, 0 excluded.  I ensured that the attributes I chosen to send are populated and have some certain values, I especially included the primary identity in there. Is it because I don't have XDMExperienceEvents data that the profiles are not complete so I cannot activate the profiles to the destination? Thanks,Alan

INGEST-1211-400 Error  Desc: Parsing errors occured when converting ot validating the data. Enable error diagnostics and ingest data again to preview or download  an error log.   How to enable error disgnostics? Pls guide me with steps.   Thanks UMa

Hi!!We have been trying to implement Adobe Assurance and it worked fine in our test app, we created a session using the app´s deep link, I sent the session´s URL to the devs to insert in the sessionstart code in the app and we manage to debug the demo app.However, now that we are trying to implement it in our real apps, assurance is not accepting the deep links and we are getting the errors:We already tested out the deep links and they are working properly. we still can create new sessions with the deep link from the dummy app, but not with our projects´ apps. Any idea of the reasons and how we can fix this?

We are having multiple emails present for a single records from different sources coming into AEP, Now if we map multiple emails(eg. email 1 & email2) from AEP to Facebook target attribute (email_lc_sha256) does it increase the match rate at Facebook ?We are not certain if 1. only one email will be picked up at Facebook destination 2. Both emails will be sent out to Facebook or 3. One email overwrites the other? Your inputs are really appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Hi All, We have an input field and the validation that field is happening through API after arrow button click, in this case if i am using core click as event, rule is triggering before the API Results so data is in accurate, i want trigger the rule after validation of input field means after fetching API results in this case which event and condition need to use or is there any approach your thoughts and suggestions will be helpfulthanks

Hi, I am trying to edit the Display name for one of the fields in a Schema but I am getting an error - There was an error validating the schema. About the schema -  It is Enabled for profiling, there was a dataset also associated to it earlier (but it has been deleted), dataflow is Disabled as well. But still i am not able to edit the Display Name. any reason why?  Thank you!  Regards,Mansi Bedi    

Hi Community,I am having difficulty populating specific Data Elements that are meant to be grabbing values from an array in an AppEventData datalayer. When testing in Console, I can get the right value to populate there, but when pasting the same syntax into a "Javascript Variable" Data Element, it does not pass anything.For example, this works in Console but not in a "Javascript Variable" Data Element: "AppEventData[1].purchase.price.purchaseAmount"I have tried the following to help resolve, but to no avail:Doublecheck that the Data Element exists, is set up to feed data to the right eVar, and that the pageload-related Rule logic is delayed as much as possible (Window Loaded).Have lengthened the timeout milliseconds by a fair bit, to give it even more time to process/etc.Have tried swapping out the Data Element for another that is pulling from a non-array value, just to doublecheck that would populate correctly (it did).Tried clearing cache/etc. and testing in multiple browsersNote: T

Is it possible to fire a trigger to third party system as soon as profile data changes in AEP via the streaming API's . I added a "Data ingestion notification" Platform notification via https://developer.adobe.com/  but seems it only works when profile is updated via batch ingestion not via streaming ingestion.

I have a requirement where I need to set the Data element to a specific value based on the click action in the client. I tried using the custom code option in the Data element itself. I see the JS running correctly but the data element itself is not set i.e, I don't see the value reflected in the xdm object in the events array in the preview object (events[0].xdm._myobject.customsubobject.mydataelement). mydataelement is not set. The extension used is "Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK". Is there a way to run custom code to set the data elements on an event before sending it?

How can I set a data element (I have it created as a custom code data element) from a rule? Basically I want the rule to fire when a user clicks a certain tile (there's a row of tiles with links). In the past, my team and I have used the `_satellite.buildInfo` object for the AppMeasurement library to identify which property and deployment have enabled specific types of data collection. We want to deploy something similar for our Mobile App, which uses the Adobe Mobile SDK + Adobe Launch Mobile Property. Is there a way to surface the build data in the Data Element to capture that in an evar or prop?   Thank in Advance  

I have multiple libraries in launch and one of them must load first than the others. Is this possible? If not, how is the loading order of the libraries defined, by creation date?   Best regards

Hi everyone!   With my team we have deployed Adobe's SDK in one of our mobile apps, in all of our environments (dev, qa and production), and deployed an initial setting in Adobe as well: - Configured Analytics' extension. - Set up report suites for each environment.   When debugging on the app/code, using AEP Assurance, we can see a log of request from the app being sent into Adobe.  Nevertheless, on a Workspace view, and having created a sample and basic dashboard for seeing data, we cannot see anything coming in.  We are focusing right now on just connect both services and seing populated metrics like unique users or occurences for now. Have not yet started with schemas, datasets or datastreams. Is this necessary for the just connecting an app with Analytics on a basic scale?   What have we missed? Any ideas? Thank you!

When trying to connect the Shopify connector source to my WebSDK Dataset, the dataflow keeps failing and we cannot figure out why. We are just starting to use deeplinks in one of our apps and need to set up UTMs for them as they will be used in emails, push, etc for different campaigns.I've been searching how to do this setup, and Adobe documentation said that for an app it is tracked using acquisition and also on mobile services. However, I was just informed by our Adobe solution account manager that he got in touch with the technical team and that this module is not available anymore,Therefore, how can I track the UTMs from deeplinks? is there a way for me to create an evar for each category (source, medium, campaign)? but how would I create a rule/data element for that? Would it be able to recognize which screens (trackState) from the app the user from that deeplink reached? or even if a trackAction was done?Thanks in advance
