Add "type" column to the Data Elements List Page

I would like to be able to see the type of the Data Element in the Data Elements List Page. An additional column could be added which shows the Data Element Type (similar as it was to DTM). For this the value from the "Data Element Type" field in the Data Element could be used.

In addition to that a possibility to filter by Data Element Type could be added in order to show only Data Elements of a certain type.
