Hi Team,

I have a question, Adobe Experience Platform shall support a Maximum Tolerable Period of Disruption of 1 hour including staged recovery.

Could you please share Adobe Experience Platform SaaS Model Documentation if available.

Adobe has a deck of documentation to cover the infrastructure, security, availability, backup etc. But don't think it's posted on the web. You may have to contact your Adobe representative for the same. Hope it helps.

The above shared link is useful. I am looking for the documentation, In the case of Event of failure, I want to know , how the AEP servers are designed and how it will support without data loss.
