App Lifecycle metrics not showed in Reports and Workspace

Hello,

 

does anywone know why is it possible that i see the Adobe Analytics lifecycles firing from an app (latest Adobe Experience sdk https://aep-sdks.gitbook.io/docs/ ), but

  • i don't see them populated in Reports and Workpace
  • they are popupated inside the Adobe Mobile Services reports.

 

I have already enabled app management https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/admin/admin-tools/mobile-management.html?lang=en#app-management.

 

What can cause this problem?
