Appmeasurement Library loading Twice in DTM?

I have been having weird issues and found out that the app measurement library is loading twice when our web pages load. You can see this anywhere on bankofthewest.com. I'm not sure how to get to the source of why? Any ideas or advice would be appreciated!

Found out the app-measurement library was being initialized twice.
