Audience Manager returns empty stuff

When I hit URL http://*****.demdex.net/firstevent?d_stuff=1&d_dst=1&d_rtbd=json&d_cb=aam_tnt_cb

AAM return

aam_tnt_cb({"stuff":[],"uuid":"53741719028770601133009835081405047941","dcs_region":3})

stuff send back is empty.

 

Till last week its used to send required data with proper values.

Note:I have replaced domain name with  *****  as its a open site.

Hi,

Thanks for reaching out. Yes, sometimes the object does return empty. This means that the destination didn't have anything to return. In a case like this, it is indicative of either a change in segment realizations, the segments have been removed from the destination, or something is not working correctly. I recommend checking your destination setup and segment mappings. If everything looks correct, but it's still returning empty open a ticket by emailing amsupport@adobe.com.

Thanks for reaching out. Yes, sometimes the object does return empty. This means that the destination didn't have anything to return. In a case like this, it is indicative of either a change in segment realizations, the segments have been removed from the destination, or something is not working correctly. I recommend checking your destination setup and segment mappings. If everything looks correct, but it's still returning empty open a ticket by emailing amsupport@adobe.com.
