I am still getting used to this whole CTR thing. I went to school for Graphic Art but am acting as a much higher role for the company that I work for. This company means a lot to me so I want to do the best at always improving for them... so I need some help understanding this...
Is a 0.304% CTR a good one? I'm so confused!!

CTR refers to the ratio of people who clicked your ad when viewing it.
I can't really comment on whether the CTR is a good one as it depends on several factors (the most basic one being the product or service being marketed. For eg:- An ad offering a discount at a popular restaurant will tend to have a greater CTR than an offering for say a dental consultation coupon).
