DTM: Copying rules

1) When copying a rule, instead of just copying the name and attaching the datestamp, let the user rename the rule at the same time (rather than having to find rule, edit it, change it, etc).

2) From the second screen of the copy, add an option to take you to that exactly rule, rather than just a list of rules in the web property it is in.
