DTM Form Submit Not Firing

Hi All, I am working with a basic html form POST action and am trying to capture the submit action in an event, but I have been unable to trigger the action, the form just continues straight through it. I have tried using the Click and Form Submit conditions, but neither are working right. Any help on tracking form submit buttons in DTM?

    Got this to work using FOCUS on the submit button.
