Dynamic Bar-code Generation in PDF

We are looking for a solution to dynamic update of QR Code when end user updates linked fields.

i.e We intend to create a PDF for Generating Bar-code using Text field in Adobe Live-cycle Designer ES2. Our clients will be using Adobe Reader 7+ through which they will be editing the Text fields in our PDF and once the Text fields are changed the linked Bar-code in PDF has to be dynamically changed accordingly. We Referred few links in Adobe website and understand that our above requirement can be achieved using Adobe Live-Cycle Designer ES4. Please confirm the same.
