Error by saving Time and Scroll Event Extension Rule

Hi All

I have a error message (An unknown error has occurred. Please report the issue to Customer Care.) after safe a rule to implement Time and Scroll Event Tracking on page.

Settings (See attached screenshots)

Try opening the console. There may be some error messages there that provide a clue to the issue.
